Kaspersky Internet Security

My windows 10 computer told me I had errors on my harddrive. I fixed the errors but now kaspersky internet security will not open and I cannot update it.

I wanna KIS add this feature like macOS's. (On macOS 10.15+, software such as Teamviewer that wants to use these features is licensed by the system.)

Windows 11 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.963) Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391(j) I've been cleaning up my PC and found some log files/folders, all of which seem to relate to Kaspersky and the Edge browser. I'm unable to delete them, and despite trying to take ownership and grant myself access rights, I cannot get anywhere. Trying to take ownership fails. The items are in: C:\Program Data\Kaspersky Lab\SafeBrowser\Common\S-1-5-21-1379599756-1977096553-751066661-1001\EdgeChromium\Default\many different sub-folders. (See attached screen shot) I would just like to be able to delete the things. Can anyone help?

Basically, I set the full scan setting to extreme, ran the scan, and right has the bar on my task bar showed it was about to finish my computer shutdown out of no where. I also have it set to "keep computer turned on" so is it normal that it shut down? Edit: Just checked event viewer and it shows the following at the same time my computer shutdown: DHCPv4 client service is stopped. ShutDown Flag value is 1

Hi I'm installing Kaspersky Internet Security for MacOS on a new Macbook (running 12.5) and getting very poor download speeds - so low that on each of 4 attempts, it has timed out during the download phase each time. Is there a workaround? I've tried to find an offline installer without success. Thanks, Edwin

Since about 2 weeks KIS cannot be opened. It says "Starting" and stuck. I have A Samsung S20 Ultra with the latest Ansroid 13.x It worked properly until 2 weeks ago. Another user posted the same under "Kaspersky Android app stuck starting" Unfortunately with no answers. I read the forum saying uninstall, but to do this i need to remove the device admin permission and this is locked by KIS. I cannot uninstall because I cannot open. Any Ideas? Thank you!

Hello, I had a license for 4 computers bought towards the end of last year, recently I am going to renew it and pay for the same one again. Today I received an email that they took money from my account to extend it! There is no auto extension option anywhere. How do I get my money back? Their support is a disaster.

I've got exactly the same problem.

After I installed the antivirus it just FULLY DISABLE my keyboard and any keyboard even USB. I can't use the keyboard other than the virtual one... I need to re-enable this URGENT, I need my keyboard working on my notebook, I need this working Don't show me links, because all the links I found are either with an old version of the antivirus, or are on any other subject once again, after installing the antivirus, my keyboard on my notebook WAS TOTALLY DISABLE, IT IS DEAD, AS IF IT WAS TURNED OFF, NOT EVEN CAPSLOOK WORKS, and before you ask, it worked PERFECTLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS ANTIVIRUS I PAID AND NOW I AM NO KEYBOARD.

I am investigating why I am suddenly not able to put my PC (running Windows 10) into sleep mode. The sleep and power options seem OK. An Internet search suggested checking for problems via the Device Manager menu and look for devices showing a yellow 'alert triangle' The only one I can see is against "Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adaptor #2". Could this be the culprit? If so, how might I solve it?

Hello, wanted to uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security yesterday because it was no longer working as it should (description follows). During the uninstallation routine (started via "Settings -> Apps -> Uninstall"), a virus message from Kaspersky came up in the last phase before deleting the program shortcuts. Exactly when Windows registered that the current virus protection (Kaspersky) was switched off and none is currently active. Kaspersky appears to be unable to solve this problem. Requests more info, promises to call back in 24 hours and does not. It's about time K offered an alternative program immune to this problem. My subscription goes for another 11 months, but no refunds are allowed. A shame that a once good program has to be trashed. And a reputation thrown down the toilet. Case #14782554

Hello, While trying to block multiple addresses, I noticed that kaspersky says the format is incorrect even though I double checked it [first image]. After a while, I realized that when I remove/change the test.ex website, it suddenly works [second image]. If its not just me, is it possible for kaspersky to support a lot more than just com and gg? Am I safe? It was about 10 minutes ago even though I got a notification just now. Edit: I checked my browsing history just now. My current anxiety is that I have to wait for the renewal of my Kaspersky internet security membership, which will run out of time in exactly one month. I've just finished updating my Kaspersky profile and included my new license. I am curious whether the new license will be automatically added to my copy of Kaspersky and extend my journey?

I have set the action to perform action automatically in file antivirus and other components and in the operating mode also. But when KSN detects a threat , there is a popup asking the user to decide between disinfection and advanced disinfection. I wanted to suggest adding the automatic option for this security feature also. I am using KIS 21.3.10.39 in windows 10 pro.
