Buenos dias Junto con saludar, solicito ayuda por este foro ya que acabo de adquirir mi producto de kaspersky premium con la finalidad de desecncriptar los archivos que tengo contaminados en mi equipo, los cuales tienen todos la extension .lkfr. Interiorizandome un poco mas del tema me di cuenta que es una variante del ransomware, bajé las ultimas actualizaciones del antivirus para luego hacer un escaneo profundo a los archivos, y no se detectan amenazas. alguna ayuda que me puedan aportar, gracias.

Buongiorno domenica sono stato presso i centri Unieuro e mediaword in provincia di Bergamo e mi hanno riferito che tutte le licenze kaspersky in vendita nei negozi sono stati ritirati e restituiti alla Russia questo quanto mi è stato riferito, mi confermare questa notizia? For User1, only do that if you have a full *verified* backup & if you're not sure please consult Apple to assist you - this step is out-of-scope for Kaspersky.   14. 1. Yes, unfortunately. The issues began the day I installed Kaspersky Premium and have continued since, regardless of whether I uninstall Kaspersky or keep it on. When I say "nothing is working," I primarily mean internet access via a few apps and websites through Chrome/Firefox. 2. Did Kaspersky support say whose responsibility it was? Yes, they want Apple to investigate first, as the issue persists even if Kaspersky is uninstalled. It's not unreasonable, but I strongly feel it's coming from Kaspersky, as the problems started the day I installed it. 3. When investigating, did Kaspersky support request any logs, traces, or other data? No, they want Apple to investigate first. 4. INC000016459246 5. Has User1 been deleted and recreated? No, that's my main account where I keep a lot of files, and I did not want to experiment with it. Should I try that? 6. I've done it. I think it affected some behavior. Namely, I can access some websites, such as amazon.com, but still cannot access others like gmail.com or dropbox.com. Any help or hints on where to look for a fix would be greatly appreciated. Currently, it's very hard to use my computer.
  15. Как я понял, нет Типа Файлов - HEIC, как есть JPG,JPEG... Как же добавить в правило контентной фильтрации хотя бы heic расширение файла? Добавляю в то-же правило : Контентная фильтрация Если превышен допустимый размер сообщения Действие Отклонить Поместить сообщение в Хранилище Отключено Добавлять следующий текст в тему сообщения ‒ Размер сообщения 30 МБ Если обнаружен тип вложения Типы НЕ из списка 7Z*; BZ; BZ2; TBZ; TBZ2; GZ; TGZ; … Действие Отклонить Поместить сообщение в Хранилище Включено Добавлять следующий текст в тему сообщения [Unwanted attachment] Если обнаружено имя вложения Имена из списка re:.*\.(heic) Действие Пропустить Поместить сообщение в Хранилище Отключено Добавлять следующий текст в тему сообщения ‒ Проверять составные объекты Отключено Проверять форматы и имена файлов внутри архивов Включено В результате отправка не работает. Вложение heic препятствует.
  16. Hello @tra2024, Welcome! Just so we have a clear understanding please, after *uninstalling* Kaspersky - the issue: with user1 "everything stops working. No apps function, and Chrome displays "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED", continues, that's with no Kaspersky software installed? Did Kaspersky support say *whos* responsibility it was? When investigating, did Kaspersky support request any logs, traces OR other data? Please post the incident reference number for the request logged with Kaspersky support - it's prefixed with INC000* Has User1 been deleted & re-created? Flush DNS, follow these steps: a. Open the Terminal window b. Type: sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder Please post back? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

  21. Hallo toppo, Mit deiner Plusvariante wird Automatisch immer auf die neuste Plus installiert werden dagegen kannst Du nichts machen. Was gefällt Dir den nicht an der neuen Plus Version ? Ps;In sachen Datenschutzsachen kann ich mir nicht vorstellen dass Kaspersky nun mehr Daten sammeln soll Eventuell weiss ein anderer mehr darüber

  24. When ever I restart my computer or the Kaspersky Plus updates it always leaves the application turned off and thus the protection also turned off. This is on Kaspersky Plus
