How to get vpn config zip file

I'm using Debian and there isn't an application for Linux. So I want to use it with openvpn but I need config.zip file. How can I get it.

• Note: point 1 in the documentation: Go to the Secure connection tab. = in (your) MyKaspersky account, select the VPN tab.

1. The credentials.ovpn file can be zipped *but* using Kaspersky's documented process to generate the file does not do that. 

• IF (you) have a paid Kaspersky subscription, not Free, (you) may wish to raise the issue with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in template as shown in the image below; Support may be able to assist:  
• Note: when filling in the template - for Operating system - there is no Linux, select Windows, as shown:
