Kaspersky Plus protection not turning on

Operating system is Windows 10 Home KPlus version is 21.16.6.467(c) -
When ever I restart my computer or the Kaspersky Plus updates it always leaves the application turned off and thus the protection also turned off. This is on Kaspersky Plus
