Hey everyone, I have a Kaspersky Premium VPN subscription, but I can't find configuration settings for PPTP or L2TP for my router. I only see OpenVPN and WireGuard. How can I solve this?

I’m using the VPN. I can connect through a different browser, anonymously — it doesn’t matter. If I’m using Kaspersky’s shitty VPN service, they still know I’m on a VPN. How do they know??? Even a Minecraft server can detect it. Is this product a joke? Amazon Prime can detect it, MAX as well. Imagine if I tried to use this shitty service for a real purpose? A 5 dollar minecraft server knows that I'm on a VPN, I already cleaned all cache, don't blame the cache... The same problem happens on mobile — some websites still know that I’m using a VPN. MS Windows 10 x64 Pro Kaspersky Premium I hibernate and then resume OS, daily. For the last two days upon resume and login to Windows... an empty window titled Kaspersky Premium opens without any visible content. Though it seems there is content when I click&drag to select inside the window: Window contents start. We'd love your feedback! How satisfied are you with Kaspersky Premium? Not at all satified Very satisfied 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Window contents end. Satisfaction grades are clickable, pointer changes to finger when hovering them. Also there is one more clickable entity (possibly Send/OK/etc.) at the bottom right corner of the windows, still invisible, pointer turns to finger upon hover. I can wait 15 minutes, but content doesn't become visible. So I close the window. Why the content have the same color as window background? Or, why the content are invisible?

Hey everyone, Tonight when I search on Google via chrome, 3 times I’ve had below pop up, I’ve never seen it before: HEUR:Trojan-Clicker Script GhostPlugin.gen It tells me it’s a Trojan type and that the object is: https://youronlinesearches.com/script/r.php?a=3201&uid=52863x0000xzzz7. ZZZZZZZZZ However Kaspersky tells me that it has blocked the download each time, this while I’m on Google via chrome, I’ve never seen this before and the only sites I go on are legit ones. I have done a quick scan and it comes back with nothing found, Kaspersky tell me: Event: Malicious object detected User: ***** (I’m not inc this for privacy) Usertype: Initiator Application name: chrome.exe Application path: C:\Program Files|Google|Chrome/Application Component: Safe Browsing Result description: Detected Type: Trojan Can anyone help?

Приветствую всех. В общем такая беда. Продуктом от Касперского пользуюсь давно. Особых проблем никогда не было. В данный момент и уже давно не могу найти решение. Проблема в том, что при замере скорости исходящий трафик интернета при включенном антивирусе меньше почти в двое. Ладно при замере скорости на площадке Яндекс, но даже при загрузке в облако (любой браузер, или п.о.) скорость не более 100 м.бит. Отключаешь, даже без удаления, всё прекрасно работает, летает просто. Встроенная диагностика сети, через раз пишет качество сетевого соединения может быть низким. Либо адаптер перезапускаешь, либо кабель из пк вытаскиваешь и обратно подключаешь. Операционку на чисто переустанавливал, антивирус тоже. Подписки на пару месяцев осталось. Уже думаю не продлевать. Скорость от провайдера 800 м.бит, а работать с файлами невозможно. Есть какое то решение? Всю голову сломал уже.

Kaspersky version 21.22.7.466(a) windows 11 pro Probably a paranoid question, but last Friday Kaspersky suddenly showed an upgrade popup saying 'added support for Opera/improved phishing protection' and a few other things, and after I closed the popup, Microsoft immediately notified me that you need to update your antivirus or turn Windows Defender back on; simultaneously, Kaspersky showed a warning that the database is extremely out of date. So I update the antivirus, and now everything seems to be working fine. My question is, is this how Kaspersky software upgrades work? I'm assuming it was a software upgrade because I installed Kaspersky version 21.21, and now it's 21.22. So it's either a Kaspersky upgrade or a zero-day malware hitting me for no reason lol😅. Here are a few screenshots from my Kaspersky version so the experts here can take a look. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have a Kaspersky Premium license that includes Unlimited VPN. This license is being shared with another Kaspersky user with a different account from the one from which the license was purchased. However, this user using the shared license isn't getting Unlimited VPN activated, only the antivirus subscription. So, I'd like to know how to activate Unlimited VPN for a user with a separate account through license sharing.

I'm an ethical hacker/cybersec student. i added kali linux to exclusions but somehow it keeps blocking linux. no matter what i do it flags liux products as antivirus software. how can i fix that,all other internet options including trusting application and adding to exclusions don't work. and i wish kaspersky can realize ethical hackers also use their products,not just normal people

Um malware sequestrou um componente de hardware do meu pc, ele aplica uma Proxy que bloqueia o acesso a internet de alguns aplicativos do windows, da ordens ao meu powershell pra abrir páginas na web, baixar todo o conteúdo delas e executa-los no meu pc. Quando tento abrir a página da Kaspersky o malware me redireciona pra página do bit defender, quando tento instalar o Kaspersky ele corta a conexão a internet do instalador do Kaspersky, fazendo assim que a instalação não seja iniciada. Quando impeço o malware de mexer com o powershell ele corta totalmente meu acesso a internet. Alguém sabe como proceder?

Более понятное продолжение моего прошлого поста с подозрением на бекдор из-за редких и безвредных, но непонятных вещей, происходящих с компьютером. Прошлый можно не читать, так как там по факту я не сформулировал нормальный вопрос. В антивирусе регулярно проверяю списки запускаемых/работающих приложений и сетевую активность. Никаких подозрительных приложений там нет. Только системное/с доверенностью по базе антивируса/софт Steelseries с моим разрешением/и абсолютно без всего процесс Registry, но это, кажется, норма. Соответственно, маскироваться ничего не может. Остаётся лишь узнать, может ли что-то просто не появляться в списках.

Иногда наблюдаю странные вещи, которые происходят с компьютером. Когда у меня тухнет экран от бездействия, он может сам обратно загораться в случайный момент, но не сразу. Из сна самостоятельно ни разу не выходил, только из энергосбережения. Недавно открыл Steam, параллельно вводя поисковый запрос в браузере, а когда закрыл браузер, то увидел в поле ввода логина "рёё", хотя я таких клавиш вроде бы и не касался при вводе запроса. Когда играл в GTA 5 два раза в примерно одном и том же месте радио само собой переключалось на другую радиостанцию и без открывания меню выбора. Вроде бы ничего криминального не происходит, но на фоне того, что я один раз допустил оплошность, скачав Tlauncher себе на компьютер, когда пошли всякие разговоры, что этот лаунчер нечистый, хотя я им пользовался лет так 10 без каких либо проблем. Более ничего сомнительного не скачивал, никаких пиратских программ, игр и прочей параши, а все иные сомнительные моменты ранее скидывал на этот форум. Регулярно провожу полную проверку компьютера антивирусом, смотрю за сетевой активностью приложений через интерфейс антивируса, почти все приложения там имеют автоматически выданные антивирусом доверенности, лишь одно пользовательское (Steelseries GG) и пустое Registry. Паранойя или у меня что-то есть на компьютере?

Hola, Tengo kaspersky Premium y desde hace unos dias no puedo descargar ningun fichero, ni desde cualquier web ni desde drive ni onedrive, siempre me da el error de "virus Detectado". Buscando por foros dicen que s on falsos negativos de windows defender pero no lo tengo activo, sólo esta kaspersky. He pasado todos los analisis posibles y sigue sin solucionarse el problema. Lo he probado tanto en chrome como en edge. Y tengo windows 11 Necesito ayuda. Gracias

Windows 11 PC with Kaspersky Premium installed and up to date Edge, Chrome & Firefox installed and all exhibit the same problem If I download a PDF bank statement from the bank it works fine but then if I try to download another it fails unless I reboot So if I want to download all my last 12 months bank statements for the tax man then I have to reboot 11 times ! The same problem occurs with CSV files and XLSX files and is the same using ay of my browsers If any one has any ideas how to resolve this issue I would be most grateful A dozen or so reboots during the day is very tedious Kaspersky Premium installation disables Windows Defender so it can't be that Also if I exit / close Kaspersky it still leaves stuff running in the background despite using task manager to close the obvious Any help much appreciated

Tenemos bastantes equipos con el antivirus KASPERSKY PREMIUM, y estamos satisfechos trabajando con esta marca, pero desde ya hace casi dos meses hemos tenido un problema extraño, del cual no hemos encontrado solución, pero si hemos podido identificar el causante del problema, el cual es por el antivirus; me explico, nosotros brindamos servicio de Soporte Técnico de computadoras, Modelado 3D, Marketing y diseño gráfico en general, y hemos tenido problemas con el programa Corel Graphics Suite 2024 y 2025, con los Corel antiguos no sucede esto, el problema es que cuando el antivirus esta activado, el Corel se demora una eternidad en abrir, unos más que otros, incluso cuando ya está abierto tratamos de abrir los archivos de diseño y se demora bastante, pero cuando cerramos el antivirus todo funciona perfecto, el Tecnico de la empresa ya ha tratado de cambiar la configuración de distintas formas sin resultado alguno, esto nos sucede con más de 20 equipos para lo cual nos hemos visto forzados a cerrar el antivirus para poder trabajar, lo cual expone el equipo a amenazas. Por favor, asistencia del por qué ocurre este problema y que podemos hacer, no queremos dejar de usar este producto suyo por un detalle, que estoy seguro se puede solucionar

Добрый день! Второй день не могу понять в чем причина отказа работы ноутбука с usb-модемом. Всю голову уже сломала. До этого модем год отработал без проблем, но 4 июля браузер при попытке зайти на любые страницы, и в том числе на страницу настроек самого модема, пишет, что интернет-соединения нет. Модем мигает голубым огоньком. Как устройство ноутбуком опознан. Пробовала модем на работоспособность на втором ноутбуке, все прекрасно работает, как и должно. Оба ноута под Вин10. Разница только в том, что тот, на котором перестал работать модем, с Касперским Премиум, а тот, который работает, с другим антивирусом. Сильно грешу на антивирус. Но не понимаю, что нужно смотреть в настройках.
