Ok, read: How to configure split tunneling.
Also note, if the WireGuard protocol is used, Split tunneling and the Gaming functionality are not available. If you want to use these functions, choose a different protocol.
Another note, the Gaming functionality uses the Catapult Hydra protocol to establish the connection. Make sure that the Catapult Hydra or Select automatically option is selected in the application settings. IF/when changing the protocol the VPN must be OFF, read: How to select a suitable virtual server.

Access to the Kaspersky technical experts requires users to have paid subscription(s), you advised (your) *customer* reported the issue to you, ask them to log the request OR take out a paid subscription - there's Kaspersky products that are very affordable & don't necessarily need to be taken out for more than one month, for example - Kaspersky Secure Connection, https://www.kaspersky.com/vpn-secure-connection - the cost of a cup of coffee, OR - Kaspersky Amazon has very economical subscriptions. Also, read: How your subscription works
- The available methods we've provided above are: (a) via https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ -> Submit to reanalyze & (b) direct to Kaspersky Customer Service, that team escalate the issue to Kaspersky's Virus Lab experts who perform the analysis & provide the advice.

- There's Split tunneling, but that'd mean one game would be running *outside* the VPN, i.e. the IP would not be hidden; so essentially not what you need.

If you get "Error 5: Permission denied, please be sure to run this file in Safe-Mode", make sure you booted the computer in Safe Mode at step 5.

- Yes *but* a few days in advance of the expiration of the trial period, you will receive a reminder about subscription renewal. If you do not cancel your Kaspersky Plus Trial subscription during the trial period, after the trial period expires, the subscription is automatically renewed for the next period. That means the next period is a paid subscription period unless you cancel.
- To cancel, you need to contact Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - on the support page, fill in the template as shown in the image
- -> then uninstall expired Kaspersky Plus Trial.
- -> Reboot the computer.
- -> Download & install Kaspersky Free: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/free-antivirus.

Also, when you create the incident for support - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - you'll need to do the following, in the incident template:
- Select a Kaspersky software other than Kaspersky Free, for example select Kaspersky Standard.
- Fill in the template as shown in the image at the end.
- Zip the game executable, add a password, either MALWARE or INFECTED & tell Support the password.
- In the Activation code field, enter X
- In the Details field, provide a detailed history.

- The topic is in Kaspersky Safe Kids -> which *application* is sending the Kaspersky Safe Kids notifications/reminders? It would help if you posted a screen-print of the notifications/reminders, we need to see what you see please?
- IF it's the AV that's sending the notifications/reminders -> select Settings, Interface Settings, uncheck any notifications that you wish.

Also, uncheck Show notifications in children's accounts (this should not make a difference unless KSK is installed - BUT, it won't hurt to uncheck it).

*and* select Notification settings, review *all* the Events in the 4 categories - uncheck Notify on screen - for any you consider *intrusive* (personally we do not think KSK alerts will be managed from here, but you've not provided enough information - so we're casting a wide net in an effort to assist).

- Because you selected the very prominent renew button. The current installed Kaspersky Premium application does not *know* there's a reserve Premium license - it's not as smart as you🤦🏼♂️.

(a) KSK Premium comes with KSK. Kaspersky doesn't know you don't have kids. IF you didn't want KSK you should not have purchased KSK.
(b) As far as KSK being active on one or more of (your) 10 PCs - no, virtually impossible, it's laborious to install; IF you'd installed it *once* you would never forget it.
(c) The KSK subscription shows *active* in (your) MyKaspersky account, that's normal for activated subscriptions.
(d) What's not normal & we had exactly the same situation with our *reserve* Premium license, is, even tho we also had an active KSK & Premium license, the *new* KSK activated on the purchase date while the *new* Premium slotted into reserve status. -
The *fix* is to contact Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email OR Chat, fill in the template as shown below & provide a detailed history & tell them the *new* KSK has activated prematurely - Kaspersky Customer Service will assist if they can.

Don't worry about recording the problem! Get the problem logged with the support team; if they need a recording they will tell you & they may tell you to use other software for problem recording; it's much more important to have a ticket in the Kaspersky system. Also; if there's a problem with the recorder, they can log that as an issue too.

- Have both UK servers been tried?

Read About Shared Protection package:
"The subscription owner can manage the security of other's devices from his or her account on My Kaspersky. For example, the subscription owner can view information about the security status of the devices, remotely start a scan on the devices, renew the subscription. Summarized information about the security of devices with shared protection is displayed in the Summary section. The subscription owner does not have access to bank cards or other private data of users, with whom he or she have shared subscription."
(ioo) Summarized information - indicates the information available to the subscription *owner* would not be detailed, i.e. would not show the file paths.
-> IF in doubt - ask him to share the subscription, run the scan, check what he can see, if you're unhappy about it, don't use his shared subscription.

There's:
- Database updates
- Patch updates
- Version updates
All different.
Patches & versions are disistributed globally in staggered distributions, they arrive silently on a users computer & wait for 7 days / 168 hours before sending various alerts advising the user there's a patch / version available & the user should reboot their computer to apply the patch / version.
IF the user reboots the computer after the patch / version has arrived & *before* the 7 days / 168 hours has expired - the patch / version will be applied.
These patch / version *rules* apply for configurations that have not been *modified* - such a yours.
Only Kaspersky knows which patches may be released before the next version is released.
