- What is the *actual* error , what is happening - all you've shown is an image of the password generator?
- Which OS version & build, read: How to find the version of your operating system?
- Which KPM version, in Windows Taskbar -> hidden icons, rightclick the KPM icon, select About?
- Which Anti-virus *name & version* was uninstalled & reinstalled, read: How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application?

Please raise these questions with Kaspersky Customer Service, on the support page - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as in the image below - make sure Support understand:
(1) You are in India.
(2) The Unlimited VPN is no longer being advertised as part of Kaspersky Plus.
Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Even tho VPNs are legal in India, the Indian Government has made *user data collection* mandatory.
Kaspersky has very strict Privacy policies for their VPN subscribers, including not collecting logs.

The question has been raised on more than one occasion.
There's a Hide option, if that's not satisfactory, contact Kaspersky Customer Service, they will delete the old data.

Kaspersky supports commercially released OS *only*, read: Kaspersky Total Security Hardware and software requirements.
Also, upgrade to Kaspersky Plus, the upgrade is like-for-like & is free, read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T.

Kaspersky Auto-install apps enabled by default, why? It killed my installation of TeamViewer, needs to be repaired and meanwhile can't access my machine!
