Proxy server password not accepted

Good day

I have had problems with my application database not updating due to the Kaspersky app not accepting the proxy server password.  It is my personal computer that I use at work and I have to connect to the internet through a proxy server.  The password that I was given for the proxy server is much longer than the space provided for the proxy details on the Total Security Application.  I have no idea what to do.  I have even tried the option that says to select the "Do not connect to proxy" option, however, nothing I have tried worked.  Please help?

-_- Welcome : if the KT Security password - Enter field is longer Than the number

of your Password characters. Create a new password that fit on that Enter field
