Connection failed, physical error When run client Update task

Dear Team,

My some of the clients are not updated due to Connection failed, physical error. Below steps are completed from my end.

1. upgrade done with KSC SP2MR1.
2. Policy and task also converted.
3. also I reinstall client but same problem.

Please find attached error log file and task as well.
