Hello!

We don't have plans to release this patch as an autopatch. You can install it remotely via KSC task or upgrade to MR1.

Can we please have access to Patch PF96?

 

Tried registering on your support platform here - https://support.kaspersky.com/companyaccoun...tration?LANG=en - but received the following error:

 

502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server

 

Your prompt assistance is appreciated.

 

I'm also getting this error.

 

'502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.

There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.'

Unfortunately, the PF96 patch only applies to KES 10.1.0.867. According to your incident details, you have different versions of software. Please enable traces, reproduce the issue and submit to CompanyAccount.

What's up with the idea of private fix? I can't understand why they aren't store in public repository (www or ftp) so anyone who need it would be able to download it without asking on forum and/or support portal?
