I got the patch pf106 from Kaspersky Switzerland.

 

INC000002248172

 

But can you give me a way to reach the login in normal mode, because I can reach it in safe mode, but not in normal mode, either I disable Kaspersky services.

 

Is there a magic reg key or something else?

The easiest way to solve this problem is

1) uninstall KES in safe mode via kavremover http://support.kaspersky.ru/3057 (or restore OS via rstrui)

2) boot in normal mode. Install KES (do not restart computer)

3) install pf by running the command patch_pf106.exe /when now

4) restart the computer.

I also need this patch. I have this problem with a samsung notebook NP900X3E. after kaspersky endpoint installed, w8 dont want to reboot. I need to do the factory recovery. Can you please send me the patch with instructions.
