  1. Hello I installed Kaspersky for windows server 10. I created a policy in KSC, but I would like to manage settings also using local interface of Kaspersky Security for windows 10 server. The server is not part of Domain in which KSC is installed, I think that this is the reason why I cannot manage settings in server interface. Any ideas for my scenario? Thanks
  2. Hello the pc in which KSC is installed does not have the node HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\protected\KES\ but has HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\protected\KES10 node. This machine has KSC and KES 10 (I deployed KES 11 only in 1 test pc). Can I make changes using KES10 node? Thanks
  3. in attachment the logfile and the screenshot of the error. Thanks $klactprx-1093.log
  4. Yes. I can use KES 11 with its policy if I create a new policy. The only issue affects importing settings from v10 policy. thanks
  5. Hello I upgraded from KSC 10.4.343 to 10.5. The wizard launched conversion task of KES 10 policy to KES 11, but it is completely unusable. When I navigate through configuration areas of KES 11 policy, I got the error "Applicaton management plugin failed to create a section for the object". If I create a new KES 11 policy, it works fine. Exporting converted KES 11 policy, I got a very small file (compared to the export of KES 10 policy). Any workaround for this issue? Thanks Fabio
  6. I opened the ticket 2 days ago but I got no answer from companyaccount. Is there any other way to get this patch? Everytime the plugin crashes, it is automatically disabled, so next runs of outlook are unprotected...
  7. Hello, I have exactly the same issue. Since this post was written in july, do I need to ask support for fix or can I download a newer version of KES? My actual version is 10 sp2 thanks eclipse79
  8. Anyway, I would like to let the user to disable device control (that in my case will be used only for wi fi protection). Policy can be disabled only inserting kaspersky password. Is there any way to disable password for device control feature? Thanks eclipse79
  9. Ok, since in device control, wi fi name is not a required field (you can save settings leaving it empty), I supposed that I should set only security options in order to restrict access to wi-fi networks that match to that settings. bye eclipse79
  10. Thank you, it's all clear. I checked in report and I see 10.4.343 SF1, so it should be correct. The dll version of network agent is the correct one in the clients (also in this case I see SF1). Thanks eclipse79
  11. I downloladed the files: patch_10_4_343_nagent_SF1.zip and patch_10_4_343_console_SF1.zip. In both cases I got the error Application for update is not installed. If I retry to update server, the message I got is "Update isn't needed."
  12. Thank you for your feedback! For console: klsoap.dll is the version I expected: 10.4.365 For Network agent: I don't have any klsoapng.dll in my entire hard drive. In "Information about installed applications" and selecting Network Agent 10.4.343 I got that the plugin is C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\klngtplg.dll. In that case the verison is 10.4.343. Do I miss something? Why the article refers to klsoapng.dll? Probably only server path has been applied... Thanks eclipse79
