  1. Dear michel, I had this problem it was a kind of bug in older KSC. When i apply police i always check it locally on the client (inside KES)to see if the policy is applied or not. Any way this issue is something els and thank you for your info. BR, Fernando

  7. KSC 10.5.1781 KES 11 KES for mobile (android) Dear Forum, Mobile Device Management is enabled on the console. all mobile ports are open. KES on mobile can not connect to administration server! neither by IP address nor by DNS name. On KSC 10.4.343 everything was okay. we upgraded to KSC 10.5.1781 and the issue occurred.! is there any new setting that we should enable it on the new KSC in order to connect our mobiles to KSC??? please advise?   9. Hello Kirill, I checked the file and found that the (chart.dll) has digital signatures. the screenshot of the file properties is attached. Get to know that HIPS has no interaction with the mentioned scenario. it is app startup control that causes the mentioned problem!! BR,

KSC 10.5.1781 KES 11 Agent 10.5.1781 Dear Forum, I have installed KES 11 on 100 clients. on 30 of them on kaspersky security center , it shows that the client is protection off!!! locally when we refer to KES 11 only firewall and HIP is disabled while in policy the two mentioned features are enabled!!. How can i fix the issue? BR,
  15. Administration tab / report tab / we create a report (file operation on removable drives) / There we can find the mentioned logs. Thanks The issue is resolved.
  16. Hi kiril, You mean that i can find the logs on device control report? There is no other place for that?! If i enable the logging , i should refer to device control reports on administration server?

  18. Dear Forum, KSC 10.5.1781 KES 11 Kaspersky for server with patch core 1. Kaspersky is installed on server 2016. the product Blocks accessing files and says that it is infected by HEUR:Generic.Unknown.Cryptor (Encryption attempt detected) on version the issue was a bug and kaspersky made a fix as patch core. how about in this version? is it again false - positive detection or something else? screen shot is attached.   20. Dear Evgeny, the package is official. i have no info about the chart.dll . how can i find , if chart.dll is a valid signature on unvalid??! I created a category (KL category Golden Image\Trusted certificates) and applied to the client , but it didnt work. I still have problem. BR,
  21. Dear evgeny, The dll is for microsoft office product.i have no info about that! Ì tried to add it to trusted group because Ivan asked me about the group in HIP. I know that the issue is for app start up control. Please if you need any log , let me know , if not , everything is clear .so please advise or if it is a bug in KES , submit it to the higher level.
