  1. @Richbuff ---- Yessss.... it worked. Sorry, I should have solved this by myself :dash1: Btw, I am planning to upgrade my Windows XP to Windows 7 but, as you know it needs a complete system upgrade, I will have to wait for some extra money to spend. Thanks for your kind help again. :ay:
  2. Hii, Thanks for your reply. I understand everything you said, but, why those folder and files were not present just one day ago. I always keep my hidden files and folder visible.
  3. Hello everyone, I have been using KIS for long time without any problem. But, now I am suspecting virus infection because every partition of my hard drive including all containing subfolders showing some strange folder and files which were not present there even yesterday. There names are 1) System Volume Information 2) RECYCLER and 3) Thumbs.db , I must mention that they are all hidden by default. I think you noticed that I have upgraded my Windows XP from SP2 to SP3 ---- As you advised earlier. http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showt...p;#entry1846177 Now I am trying to follow what you said, you tell me to disable the file AV but isn't it infects my PC ? I don't know what the files are but yesterday I have copied some video clips from my office computer(Not protected by AV) and after inserting the pendrive in my home PC this problem started. Thanking you for your helpful advice. :)
  5. Last night KIS 2012 reports that my pen drive contains Worm.Win32.AutoIt.zm virus. But when I click to process all button, it reports that it is impossible to disinfect or delete the virus from my pendrive. So I have to ignore the virus.   6. Thank you very much Danila Tyurin for your help. The problem is really fixed now and at present there is no problem with my KIS 2012. I would like to specially thanks to richbuff for remembering me and my previous posting :b_lol1: :b_lol1: :b_lol1: I shall surely install SP3 within next 24 Hours.

Yesterday when I was performing a full scan of my computer, suddenly KIS 2012 stopped working and a message popped up which say---- "Kaspersky Anti Virus needs to close............... sorry for the inconvenience".   8. Can Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 able to take advantage of Dual Core Processing? Because, I have heard that not all program can take advantage of Multi Core Processing.
  9. I have purchased KIS 2010 with 3 user License. And I have installed it in my computer. But now I want to install KIS 2010 in my brother's computer (As this is a 3 user license). My question is when the installer ask for personal details then what details I have to put - is it the details I have gave during my 1st installation (about myself), or details regarding my brother's E-mail ID, Location, City etc?
  10. Some skins of pipkin is in different language, but I use english. can I apply this skins in my KIS 2010 9.0.0.736? But I don't understand any other language. Please reply.

  13. :bf: Thank you very much. You don't know how much I grateful to you. Now, the Anti-Spam component is working in Thunderbird. But I want to say that- I had to disable the Self defense before running this command- regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 2010\asppp.dll", not after.
