Hello Jenner, the version Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Linux (11.0.0.2706) is end of life. I think it would be a good idea to check if you are up to date with your Kaspersky Products and then using Kes for Linux 12.x Product Support Lifecycle (kaspersky.com) Product Downloads | Endpoint Security for Business | Kaspersky (scroll down to the bottom for KES Linux) if still problems then it makes sense to troubleshoot this with technical support team Thank you in advance Best Regards

Hola, Como bien te indica @harlan4096 abre un ticket de soporte, no es normal lo que comentas. Cuando renuevas tu licencia (si es digitalmente), tienes que recibir un correo electrónico con tu nuevo código de activación. Revisa en tu programa de correo no se encuentren en spam, o correo no deseado. Saludos

Avant que je ne tente l'installation, vous mentionnez que Kaspersky Standard importera ma licence de KIS 23.1. Or ma version est 21.3..... L'importation se passera-t-elle malgré tout ? (A moins qu'il ne s'agisse d'une faute de frappe ?) Merci et bonne journée

Hello Alex Pro it depends on the events you get from KES Components. You should be able to add Tenable Nessus Application to the Trusted Application settings in your KES Policy. Here you can disable scanning by specific components and you can specify IP and port which should not be scanned.

Upgrade to Kaspersky's new version, the upgrade is free & is like-for-like; read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T. For the upgrade please follow these steps: Check (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscriptions tab & make sure the *existing* Kaspersky Activation code is saved there? Create a System restore point: How to create a restore point in Windows. Uninstall the existing Kaspersky software -> during the uninstall (you) will be prompted to save data - only select License information, Data Encryption if (you've) created data vaults for storage & Anti-Spam databases if (you've) built such a database. At the end of the uninstall make sure the computer is rebooted. Download the new software from here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. Install, follow: How to install the application. At the end of the install make sure the application is *signed into* with the same email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - so the software, account & license synchronise. Run a Database update. Shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN not Restart, when the computer if fully OFF - power ON by pressing the power button, login. Recheck the Discord & Battle.net issues?
