  4. hello ElvinE5 , Thanks for your support , i have followed all of your steps and still not working , emails with pdf attachment received and able to view the file we are using Outlook , and the policy applied to the test device. i add the correct format *.txt and *.pdf
  5. hello , We are testing KSC Mail Threat Protections to block the emails with specific attachment type but it's not working , for testing we block the .txt and .pdf and still able to receive emails with this type of attachment and open it .
