Hello, about 4-5 months ago my friend recommended me to get Kaspersky as he also used it, when I told him from where he downloaded it, he told me that there was a free Kaspersky version that I can probably find on YouTube, so I searched on YouTube something like "Free Kaspersky version", after opening one of the videos and watching it, I went to the description where I found the download link: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/free-antivirus, I opened it and checked if it was an official link or not, the domain should have been the official one, I even copy & pasted the last part (subdirectory or path) of the link and pasted it to the official Kaspersky domain to make sure it wasn't a fake link, then I tried to find this download page from the Kaspersky homepage to check if it was by the official Kaspersky or not, but I couldn't find it, I downloaded it anyway because my friend just said that it was safe and the official link, after that I opened the file and I setup Kaspersky fully, then I checked the expiration date, and it was going to end in a month, so after like 3 weeks of using Kaspersky, I checked the expiration date again and it became longer and it gave me 2 months extra, then after it almost expired again, the same thing happened, I didn't think much of it until I watched a YouTube video about some fake Kaspersky versions that were being spread around that were actually malware, this video was from a YouTuber I remember watching before knowing about Kaspersky, so I don't think it's a problem with the algorithm. Sorry if this was a dumb topic/post, I just find it confusing why I couldn't find that Kaspersky version from the main webpage and why the expiration date keeps getting longer and never ending, and I am scared if it was an unofficial version somehow. Since yesterday my laptop continue to crash to the blue screen when I try open a photo, Word, etc. Seems ok when I open my browser, which is where I'm sending this from. Message says klflt.sys failed Stop Code is UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP I ran a disk clean up and ran a scan via Kapersky last night - all seemed fine. Any help would be appreciated.

This has happened with me so many times. It is making me sick. It happens during Teamviewer Remote Sessions. When using Teamviewer or any kind of Remote control. If Kaspersky founds a virus and you need to go select what to do with that virus. The pop up will make your remote control unusable. You cannot use any Keyboard keys or mouse clicks through Remote. It requires you to physically be there on the computer to be able to turn the pop up off Same as on web pages that says the web page might be harmful and you click to move forward, A kaspersky pop up will show up and you cannot use Computer remotely any more because of it Please provide me with a solution. Or fix this issue ASAP! Many Thanks!

При обновлении баз с серверов Касперского скорость скачки очень низкая ,хотя скорость интернета позволяет скачивать базы быстрее. Специальная утилита Kaspersk Update utility ситуацию не меняет. Заметил, что при скачке утилиты для апдейта с сайта Касперского скорость так же очень низкая, но если зайти на сайт через ВПН и начать скачивать, то скорость вполне нормальная. Пробовал включать ВПН при обновлении и добавлять прокси сервер внутри Касперского - результата нет. Пробовал добавлять сервера обновления в ручную, но результата это так же не дало. Сменить провайдера в данный момент возможности нет, да и дело похоже не в нем. В чем может быть дело?

Здравствуйте, установил Касперский, чтобы проверить компьютер на вирусы и нашлось несколько троянов, которые не удаляются. При этом компьютер без нагрузки может начинать использовать 100% ресурсов видеокарты. Помогите пожалуйста удалить эти вирусы. при этом ещё есть вирус, который можно открыть в папке и удалить, но при перезагрузке компьютера он появляетс снова( на скриншоте исправляется)

Решил почистить комп, удалил касперский через панель управления-программы, открылось окно от касперского написанно все удалено перезагрузите систему. После перезагрузки не работает мышь и клавиатура на экране входа в систему, а в биосе работает. По статьям установил на флешку K disk 18 (с компа друга) открыл программу после запуска в биосе. Там нужно выбрать режим нажимаю на любой режим и просто серый экран ничего не происходит. Что делать в такой ситуации?

У меня на моём ноутбуке стоит Windows 10 22H2. Появилась такая проблема: вчера купил лицензию лаборатории Касперского, сегодня я нажимаю "Открыть", НОЛЬ РЕАКЦИЙ! В панели управления ничего нету. Пробовал другой установщик скачать, сначала появляется "Выберите язык для установки" (или типо того), я выбираю Русский язык, нажимаю продолжить, тоже самое. Помогите пожалуйста с этой проблемой 😢

Recentemente o HD de uma das máquinas aqui de casa queimou o SSD, logicamente não foi possível desinstalar nada no SSD. Ao comprar um novo e reinstalar o S.O e os aplicativos, o Kaspersky manteve a instalação antiga e criou um novo dispositivo. Ele não deixa eu excluir a conta antiga por estar vinculada a um usuário. Outra coisa que ele não faz é atualizar o nome das maquinas quando eu altero no Windows ou Linux... Alguém tem alguma ideia de como resolver isso, principalmente a exclusão de um dispositivo? Obrigado.

После удаления пароля от настроек Kaspersky Total Security программа стала не только автоматически открываться (как было раньше), а ещё и разворачиваться после запуска, что несколько мне мешает. Я узнал, что одновременно можно использовать только один токен, независимо от его типа (WUDF, записанный сертификат на простую флешку и т.д.). Программа распознает только тот токен, который был подключен первым, игнорируя второй и последующие. В чем заключается проблема подобного характера? Это связано с техническими особенностями?

Здравствуйте, столкнулся с трояном, обнаруживается только касперским, при удалении появляется вновь

Скачал игру с торрента перед этим везде проверил на вирусы и ничего не нашло начал скачивать и каспреский заблокировал написав что это PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic я посмотрел на фоурмах что это и там писали что в большинстве случаев это ложное срабатывание.Можете подсказать в моем случае это вирус или ложное срабатывание?

Что я только не пробовал и переустановку приложения 22.11.2024 последний раз делал не помогло и долго ждал подключения так же не помогает просто показывает, что вроде как подключено но интернета вообще нет и потом опять приложение само пытается подключиться и так по кругу, это настоящие издевательство над пользователями за что я оплачиваю годовую подписку когда в версии на ПК ВПН просто не подключается ни к каким серверам.
