Hi, As per the attached screenshot, even though I have turned off all the options for notification, still the notification for junk files is coming, similarly, I am getting the notification for updating the software. Please note that I don't want to disable the functionality (junk file removal or auto update of software), I want to disable the popup of the notification. Any help would be appreciated.

Ho installato da anni kaspersky A.V e vpn, ma da settimana scorsa quando ho voluto rinnovare K.i.s. 21.3.10.391(K) che scade il 26 gennaio, ma mi dice che il prodotto non è più disponibile allora ho comperato una licenza su Nexway con bonifico, ma sono passati 6 giorni e non ho ricevuto niente, nessun codice. Assistenza kaspersky glielo fatto presente ma mi hanno risposto che mi avevano già risposto, peccato che era un ticket di un' altro problema. Ho riscritto mandando tutti gli screenshot e copia dell pagamento alle poste ma niente, La mia casella di posta non c'è il codice da nessuna parte, nemmeno in spam e nemmeno in MY KASPERSKY non compare nulla di aggiornato nelle licenze Aiuto... se voglio rinnovare ecco cosa mi è apparso, per questo ho pagato kaspersky-Plus con codice sconto PLUS

Hie Prag here I want to install Google Earth Pro in a offline mode initially I tried it but it asks me for signing in but my computer cannot be connected to internet I have found the cache location of Google Earth Pro and it is replaceable with the latest also increasing its size by multiple folders now I want to see the earth or sign in in some other way in offline mode can anyone please help me out
  4. Hi there everyone! My first time posting, so I apologise for any mistakes. For the past month or so, my Kaspersky VPN app has just been showing 'connecting'. If I try to turn the VPN off, it freezes. I also get a 'Failed to connect' error occasionally. I've tried restarting my PC, restarting my internet, reconnecting. I've been through my settings and they all seem okay, plus my subscription is still valid until March. Does anyone have a solution to this? It's quite annoying to not feel protected right now, haha! Thank you in advance, all.

Quiero usar la cuenta de un amigo de steam al mismo tiempo que el la usa, para ello tengo que crear una regla de firewall que desactive la conexión a internet de steam durante el tiempo que use la otra biblioteca. el problema es que al querer crear una regla de firewall desde windows, me dice que dicha configuración la esta manejando kaspersky. como hago para que esas cosas las pueda seguir manejando desde Windows?

  10. Здравствуйте, только недавно начал пользоваться Касперским и сразу проблемы. Полное сканирование системы пк от виндоус бьёт тревогу и орёт что у меня троян, ПОЛНАЯ проверка пк Косперским показывает что никаких троянов нет и вообще давай подкупай платную подписку. Кто ошибается, Касперский или Защитник виндоус?

  13. Установил на компьютер Касперского. До этого был 360 total security. Удалил его вручную, затем установил Касперского. Начал полную проверку. Она нашла троян, предложила вылечить и перезагрузить. Согласился. Процесс дошёл до 100%, компьютер перезагрузился и теперь постоянно открывается окно биоса. Я не представляю, как мне нужно узнать версию виндоус, коли она не запускается Диск с виндой биос видит Что случилось?
  14. Hello community, It's been a while since I've been encountering an alarming situation on my system where some of my files are behaving oddly. There are unexpected changes, and I suspect a security issue might be at play. I'm looking for advice on how to address this concern. should I re install windows or are there specific tools or methods you found effective in dealing with such potential security threats, coz I don't believe in antivirus softwares as I think they are viruses themselves.   15. So since around 3 weeks ago I've been having an issue with anti virus causing issues with AI Suite on my computer. I get the following error messages when I attempt to open while Kaspersky is installed, when it isn't I only get one error and that doesn't cause it to not open. The error is as follows : The Service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion, ProgID: "atkexCom.axdata" News on a fix would be gladly welcomed but for now I feel uninstalling the software is the only appropriate way for AI Suite to work.   17. Yesterday, December 26, 2023, I had a problem with my Kaspersky anti-standard feature not being enabled. I reset the device and continued using it for a while but the problem continued to occur but I noticed one thing. It's Windows 10 anti that automatically reports viruses, so both Windows and Kaspersky antis conflict with each other, leading to serious errors in Windows, network connections are very slow, anti can't be turned on, you have to reset the computer. This morning I reinstalled Windows and continued to reinstall Kaspersky and now Windows 10 anti just reported a virus while I tried turning off all Windows 10 anti and only using Kaspersky. But it seems Kaspersky updated something that caused a conflict
  18. После проверки ПК антивирус создал на диске C еще один раздел - диск D! Что антивирус перенес в доп раздел D? Так же хочу установить винду 11, но она не ставится. Пишет "Нет доступа к разделам памяти". Может этот раздел D и мешает ее установке?
  19. Good day. I have Kaspersky Standard 21.15.8.493 (a) running on the desktop with W10 Home 19045. I noticed that in the task manager, as documented in the images I posted, I have avp.exe running twice, while avpui.exe only runs once. Добрый день, Стоит задача по обновлению KES с версии 11.6.0.394 и Administration Agent с версии 11.0.0.1131 до последних в релизе в связи с прекращением полной поддержки KES данной версии в феврале 24 года. Подскажите, пожалуйста, на основе Вашего опыта, как лучше реализовать данный апдейт? Средствами SCCM или через KSC? Какие есть подводные камни и на что следует обратить внимание? Обновдение необходимо произвести на более чем 1500 машин.

Здравствуйте, при ручной установке KES 12.1.0 на Winodws 10 произошла "Внутренняя ошибка 27371. -2147467259" Сначала пробовал банально удалить агента и перезагрузить ПК, и так несколько раз, т.к. было уже такое и в предыдущий раз это помогло. Потом полез гуглить саму ошибку, в списке кодов ошибок на сайте самого касперского такого кода не нашел, помогите пожалуйста
  24. HEllo, I have been getting this error "DENYLIST OF KEYS IS CORRUPTED" on some of my Linux and Windows devices for a few days. I have searched different sources and found a solution that works rarely and is something that states that "with KESL, you need to update first before activating the program." So, I am hoping you will let me know about your views and solutions regarding this issue. I am using the following products: KSC 14 KESW 11.9 KESL 11.3 Thanks!
  25. Hello! I've encountered an issue with my printer after activating Kaspersky Antivirus. My Brother printer HL-L5100DN stopped functioning over the network. I suggest using the Network Connection Repair Tool for Windows. This tool will correct the printer's network settings, assigning the proper IP address and Subnet Mask. It's crucial to log in with Administrator rights on Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 😎 and ensure that the printer is turned on and connected to the same network as your computer. Follow the instructions for using the Network Connection Repair Tool and refer to your printer's documentation for additional network setup information. If the issue persists, consider contacting your network administrator. I tried to follow the recommendation from this link but it didn't work.
