Hi ! Using Kaspersky Free 21.20.8.505 since a few days (it updated themself) ? (Win 10H22 x64) Yesterday i noticed that i didn't get any emails... Sending is no problem?!?! Okay maybe firewall => uninstalled , maybe eMail provider => but mobile k9-android works ... "Update-timdate" and "Mail-stop-working-timedate" are corresponding, so i tried to uninstall Kaspersky... Then ugly part starts... Just to mention: I tried everything to get my pc back to work as a IT-Professional. BUT i run the whole time against walls: 1. Normal Uninstall => Error (can't be uninstalled cause of rbf write error => rollback of uninstall) 2. Using kavremvr => Error (no capture) (old versions of kavremvr) => Error (no capture) (old Version 2013 (1.0.995.0) ) is starting with capture (jippyy), but no actual version in dropdown included ? 3. Reinstall (not possible) => Error (can't be uninstalled) 4. All (Windows)Updates installed nothing changed I add two log files of kavremvr and i have no idea anymore? Can someone give me a hint, how to uninstall this peace of software? Yours, Michael

Hello guys, So I wanted to change my UDP and TCP ports on the firewall (I don't have access to my Port Forwarding thru the router admin), but, I only can access my firewall settings thru Kaspersky. Looks like it has been difficult to me to find it and change it. How and where can I change it? Looks like it has been difificult to me to find it and change it. Since even if I change the ports on the UDP and TCP present in the screenshot I sent, nobody can enter my TeamSpeak 3 server with my public IP. How can I fix this? Thank you.

При обновлении баз с серверов Касперского скорость скачки очень низкая ,хотя скорость интернета позволяет скачивать базы быстрее. Специальная утилита Kaspersk Update utility ситуацию не меняет. Заметил, что при скачке утилиты для апдейта с сайта Касперского скорость так же очень низкая, но если зайти на сайт через ВПН и начать скачивать, то скорость вполне нормальная. Пробовал включать ВПН при обновлении и добавлять прокси сервер внутри Касперского - результата нет. Пробовал добавлять сервера обновления в ручную, но результата это так же не дало. Сменить провайдера в данный момент возможности нет, да и дело похоже не в нем. В чем может быть дело?

Я скачал касперски, чтобы проверить ноутбук на вирусы, так как он начал тормозить в последнее время. Проверка не обнаружила вирусов, я решил посмотреть еще функции в касперском и увидел "Поиск небезопасных настроек". После нажатия виндовс выдал ошибкупотом полетели ошибки, связанные с таскбаром. Диспетчер задач не открывается. Я решил скачать kavremvr, чтобы удалить этот "хороший" антивирус. Проводник пару минут грузил и выдал следующие ошибки: (нет, я не вставил случайно 2 одинаковых ошибки, он выдал мне три таких). Помогите решить проблемы. Восстановление просто не работает.

Доброго времени суток! ОС и Версия Касперского указана ниже. Скриншот прикриплён Сегодня я как обычно решил включить сервер на Aternos. Сайт включился без проблем, сервер включился так же без проблем. Однако когда я решил открыть вкладку "Настройки" (Kaspersky Free) меня перекинуло на страницу "Был остановлен переход на опасный сайт". Хотя ранее такого не было. К слову: когда я пытался отключить антивирус Kasperky Free и я зашёл на этот абсолютно безопасный сайт то стал очень сильно зависать компьютер и даже сам касперский когда пытался зайти на аккаунт (у меня так и не получилось и пришлось создать новый. Старый - *****@*****.tld). Как итог: ничего не получилось даже после обновления базы данных, а добавить этот сайт в список исключений невозможно. Помогите пожалуйста, что делать? Merhaba, ben iade üyelik iade talebinde bulunmak istiyordum. Sebebi ise bir üst modelinden almak yerine şuanki modelini almışım. Mailden destek için talepte bulundum otomatik cevap dışında hiçbir şey gelmedi.

Cегодня полдня пытаюсь установить свежий Kaspersky Plus на Windows 10 22H2 после KIS - каждый раз установка после перезагрузки доходит примерно до 70% на строчке Приватность - установщик завершается без ошибки. Касперский при этом не установлен. При первой установке стоявший KIS не удалился - удалил его средствами Windows. Пробовал установить Kaspersky Standard и KIS - аналогично установщик завершается - программа не установлена, ошибок нет. Как посмотреть логи установщика или еще какие действия предпринять?

Добрый день. Долго сидел на KIS, он обновился до Standart. При переходе на продление лицензии показывает только KIS, который уже нельзя продлить и PLUS который можно купить. Как продлить Standart?)

Hello, about 4-5 months ago my friend recommended me to get Kaspersky as he also used it, when I told him from where he downloaded it, he told me that there was a free Kaspersky version that I can probably find on YouTube, so I searched on YouTube something like "Free Kaspersky version", after opening one of the videos and watching it, I went to the description where I found the download link: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/free-antivirus, I opened it and checked if it was an official link or not, the domain should have been the official one, I even copy & pasted the last part (subdirectory or path) of the link and pasted it to the official Kaspersky domain to make sure it wasn't a fake link, then I tried to find this download page from the Kaspersky homepage to check if it was by the official Kaspersky or not, but I couldn't find it, I downloaded it anyway because my friend just said that it was safe and the official link, after that I opened the file and I setup Kaspersky fully, then I checked the expiration date, and it was going to end in a month, so after like 3 weeks of using Kaspersky, I checked the expiration date again and it became longer and it gave me 2 months extra, then after it almost expired again, the same thing happened, I didn't think much of it until I watched a YouTube video about some fake Kaspersky versions that were being spread around that were actually malware, this video was from a YouTuber I remember watching before knowing about Kaspersky, so I don't think it's a problem with the algorithm. Sorry if this was a dumb topic/post, I just find it confusing why I couldn't find that Kaspersky version from the main webpage and why the expiration date keeps getting longer and never ending, and I am scared if it was an unofficial version somehow. Since yesterday my laptop continue to crash to the blue screen when I try open a photo, Word, etc. Seems ok when I open my browser, which is where I'm sending this from. Hello, I work in an I.T. company, and we manage a couple of companies' antivirus infrastructure. I began to manage another company, and went through the usual motions of setting it up, however I couldn't download the distribution packages, it just loads nothing, barren. Something was giving me weird vibes when I had to accept the agreement, took me a few hours of trial and error, but it loaded and I accepted. Now it doesn't give me the distros. What do I do? This has happened with me so many times. It is making me sick. It happens during Teamviewer Remote Sessions. When using Teamviewer or any kind of Remote control. If Kaspersky founds a virus and you need to go select what to do with that virus. The pop up will make your remote control unusable. You cannot use any Keyboard keys or mouse clicks through Remote. It requires you to physically be there on the computer to be able to turn the pop up off Same as on web pages that says the web page might be harmful and you click to move forward, A kaspersky pop up will show up and you cannot use Computer remotely any more because of it Please provide me with a solution. Решил почистить комп, удалил касперский через панель управления-программы, открылось окно от касперского написанно все удалено перезагрузите систему. После перезагрузки не работает мышь и клавиатура на экране входа в систему, а в биосе работает. По статьям установил на флешку K disk 18 (с компа друга) открыл программу после запуска в биосе. Там нужно выбрать режим нажимаю на любой режим и просто серый экран ничего не происходит. Что делать в такой ситуации?
