  2. Hello @RichyZA, You're most welcome! We're delighted to be of assistance! You have a good day too! Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  3. Hello @RichyZA, Welcome! The default setting is 30 days, once deleted those logs cannot be retrieved. Please read: Reports and Quarantine settings In the Reports section, you can configure the settings for report creation and storage. Store reports no longer than If this check box is selected, reports are deleted after the specified length of time. Reports can be stored for one day, one week, one or six months, or one year. When the specified value is reached, the application deletes all report entries older than the specified number of days minus 10%. If you enter a value of 30 days, whenever an event older than 30 days occurs in the report, all events that have been stored for more than 27 days are deleted from the report. If this check box is cleared, the storage duration for reports is unlimited. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  4. Hello @b1k3rdude, Thank you for posting back! Correct, KAV, KIS, & KTS are Kaspersky's *old* software. We're not sure which location "under the support section of KS, KS/KP are not being marketed for use in the European market" (you're) referring to, here's 3 random ones we've checked: France, Spain & Denmark - Kaspersky Standard, Kaspersky Plus & Kaspersky Premium are all supported We're happy to read you've engaged with support - with the new release Kaspersky introduced the subscription based design. It's (your) choice. The thing is the *new* software is subscription based & will not work without being signed into the MyKaspersky account - don't bother firing back with cussing words - IF (you) had KIS & there was no nag issue, you'd be better staying with KIS until it reaches end-of-life, it can be downloaded from here: Kaspersky Internet Security for Windows® Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  5. Hello @b1k3rdude, Thank you for posting back! No apology necessary. Signing into (your) MyKaspersky account - with the *new* Kaspersky software range is mandatory to activate the software. There's no obligation to participate in KSN - it's personal choice. Which Kaspersky software is *currently* installed on your computer - full name & version, read: How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  6. Hello @b1k3rdude, Thank you for posting back! Good work; there's no 'clock' on the issue - apart from the fact that it's annoying - for you - which we understand; if it was happening to us we'd be annoyed too. Can you explain how this *Sign into MyKaspersky - do not remind me anymore alert*, has anything to do with Participating in Kaspersky Security Network? To participate in KSN it's *not* necessary to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - please read the KSN statement: Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  7. Hello @b1k3rdude, Welcome back! Presumably you're referring to: do not remind me anymore. IF KS = Kaspersky Standard, please log an incident with Kaspersky Customer Service: on the support page, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfuntion, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a *detailed history*. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  8. Hello @MRnutty200, Welcome back! Follow this Kaspersky guide - at *Step 3*: Kaspersky application blocks my website or application. What should I do? Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available. *Also* is (your) installed Kaspersky software really from Kaspersky's Business range: Kaspersky Scan Engine? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  9. Hello @gzus, Welcome! May we have an *example* of a Japanse ISP that is blocking Kaspersky please? What *error* do you see when you try to access a webpage - post a *fullscreen*screen-print please? Are you physically located in Japan? IF the answer is 'Yes', is access via Japan OR Fastest server? 4. Using - https://www.maxmind.com/en/locate-my-ip-address - can you test please & post a *fullscreen* screen-print of the result please? Please post back? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  10. Hello @FurtadoPires, You're most welcome! We've rejigged the numbering: There you go. There you go. Our tests prove otherwise - with OR without Script Injection checked OR unchecked: We're not doing any further testing. IF *you* are using a VPN - localised to Brazil - has the *Protocol* been changed? Please read: Support Rules for Kaspersky Software - *especially* 4.3. to 4.4.6 Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  11. Hello @vdorta, You're most welcome! Excellent work👏 Thank you for taking the time to share the outcome with the Community! Flood🐳+🐋
  12. Hello @vdorta, Welcome! (ioo) - that's often true. Has the rarely used Laptop, that Kaspersky Plus Smart Home Monitor is detecting as "Kaspersky found an unknown device in the network" - been given a *proper* name in the Kaspersky Plus Smart Home Monitor? Does the rarely used Laptop, that Kaspersky Plus Smart Home Monitor - is detecting as "Kaspersky found an unknown device in the network" - have a *proper* name - in (your) MyKaspersky account? IF the answer to 2. is 'No' - *manually* - in Kaspersky Plus, Smart Home Monitor - rename the Latop from unknown to the name in (your) MyKaspersky account: How to change the device name. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋 Resource: About the Smart Home Monitor
  13. Hello @FurtadoPires, You're welcome. A mod task. They may be waiting for you to report back the results from the VLAB - we don't know. *everyone*, ah, no, @Muxxer is one person & he did not report back (2) we tested & could not replicate. *I'm creating this topic since I haven't found any information about it.* As you wish. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  14. Hello @MS9, Welcome! There's various recovery procedures - however - you've provided *no* information & we're not interested in guessing: IF (your) Kaspersky Safe Kids subscription is Premium, not Free, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  15. Hello @StePits, Thank you for the information & the image! Because it's been a long time since December 3rd, 2022, now is a good time to record the OS version & build of *all* devices - How to find the version of your operating system & the KSK versions - How to find out which version of Kaspersky Safe Kids is installed on your device - installed on *all* devices - including yours please? Regarding the *Applications Summary* Report, may we see the 16 entries in Details please? Re "Internet Report: No web activity detected during last month." - we'll discuss this after you post back please? Please post back? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  16. Hello @FurtadoPires, Thank you for posting back & the information! Agreed. Have the *recovery steps* been done? (A) Then (your) topic is in the wrong section. (B) 21.16.6.467 - is the *latest* release of Kaspersky Standard - there's also a patch but, patches are distributed progressively, so the fact it's not on your machine at the moment - is neither here nor there. IF the *recovery steps* don't help, continue working with Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, Support may request Logs, Traces & other Data, it will help to include: browser’s logs (press F12 in browser - restart the page - reproduce the issue - save the log from console tab - save HAR log from Network tab). *collect for both Firefox & Edge* Fill in the template as in the image below: Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  17. Hello @FurtadoPires, Also, @Muxxer - had a similar issue: The AV is messing with the Crunchyroll login website, their topic may be of interest. Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3 / Kaspersky Anti-Virus 21.3 are from Kaspersky's *old* software range - you may wish to upgrade (free) to Kaspersky Standard v21.16 & see if the issue persists - the link for the upgrade is: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product, & read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  18. Hello @Xeno2ig, Thank you for the extra question! Scan password-protected archives If the check box is selected, the application scans password-protected archives. Before files contained in the archive can be scanned, a request for password will be displayed on the screen. -------------------- The password authorisation is entered for password protected archives *only*. Entering the password does not *remove* the password - leaving the archive(s) *unprotected*, it simply gives permission to the Kaspersky application to access the archive(s) for the purposes of scanning. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  19. Excellent work@Jojo Mojo, well done👏 We're delighted to read that! Thank you for taking the time to share the outcome with the Community. Flood🐳+🐋
  20. Hello @Jojo Mojo, You're most welcome! Thank you for posting back & the extra questions! You dont *have* to, it's your choice! KIS has a bug - KIS is Kaspersky's *old* software, it's no longer being patched & or developed, only updates are being distributed until it reaches end-of-life; Kaspersky has not announced when EOL will be. There's two fixes: The *free* upgrade to Kaspersky Standard v21.6 is not mandatory - but - it works. Method 2 -> *IMPORTANT* Open Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS), select Settings⚙, select General, uncheck Enable Self-Defense, select Save, select Yes to confirm the action. Exit KIS - on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Exit. In Windows, File Explorer - make sure Hidden items - is checked? Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ and delete the contents = all files and folders. Start KIS. *IMPORTANT* Enable Self-Defense. Shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login. Re-check the issue? Method 2 does not guarantee a *permanent* fix. We guess there's also option 3 which would be to contact Kaspersky Customer Service & they would tell you to upgrade to Kaspersky Standard v21.6. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  21. Hello @Jojo Mojo, Welcome back! Update to Kaspersky Standard v21.6, download from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product & read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  22. Hello @poorkid, Welcome! Make sure the laptop meets *all* Kaspersky Safe Kids (KSK) requirements, read: Computer requirements? Make sure *all* Windows updates have a Successfully installed status & Windows is not Beta or Insider Preview? To try to fix this issue - (temporarily - we will change the age back later to the correct age) change the Age template - for example - if your child is 9 - change the age to 15 - then make sure to SAVE the change. Go to Windows, hidden icons, right-click KSK, select Settings Sign into the KSK application - as parent Go to Other - Manual settings sync, select Sync - make sure you see a banner stating Synchronization successsful. Shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN not Restart, when the computer if fully OFF -> power ON by pressing the power button, login. Go to Windows, hidden icons, right-click KSK, select Settings. Sign into the KSK application - as parent. Change the Age template back to the *original age*, select SAVE. Go to Other - Manual settings sync, select Sync - make sure you see a banner stating Synchronization successsful. Shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN not Restart, when the computer if fully OFF -> power ON by pressing the power button, login. Monitor for the original two problems? Also, which KSK version is installed, read: How to find out which version of KSK is installed on your device? Is KSK Premium or Free? Please post back? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  23. Hello @grendizer, You're most welcome! You need to raise the issue with Kaspersky Customer Service please. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  24. Hello @ADIGA, Thank you for the update! Much appreciated, do not worry how long it takes, there's no pressure. Both KPM Windows & Android documentation states: About the encryption Kaspersky Password Manager encrypts data using a symmetric key algorithm based on the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). A key is derived from your main password using Password-Based Key Derivation Function 2 (PBKDF2). The AES algorithm is used worldwide to protect top-secret data. This algorithm has low RAM requirements, which means your data is encrypted and decrypted within seconds. Windows: How Kaspersky Password Manager protects your data. Android: How Kaspersky Password Manager protects your data. We checked our Android, two devices - the range is between 12 & 15 seconds - after fingerprint authentication. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
