  1. Thanks. So there's no chance to make Kaspersky VPN work with Emule? To get a high ID?
  2. Hello I'd like to know how can I setup port forwarding with Kaspersky VPN. Thanks. DS
  3. OK, the port field appear when I select a protocol. Thanks!!
  4. Hello Guilhermesene4096 Thanks for your help, but at which step do I specify the ports I want to open? Also, is this packet rule application dépendant? thanks
  5. I am trying to open 2 ports used by an app. So here's what I did : Go to Kaspersky Premium's main window. In the lower left corner we will find a button in the shape of a cogwheel where we click to access its configuration. Once in this, in the right panel we select the option of security settings The firewall option appears in the right pane. We click on it to then click on the link called "Application rules". Here a number of trusted applications and other blocked applications will appear. The different groups are in bold lines that can be folded and unfolded. Expand "low restricted" group and all other groups that are not "Trusted". Right mouse button on necessary apps, then “restriction > trusted”. Once the apps are all in "Trusted", find them again then Right mouse button again on them to choose "network rules > allow". But is the necessary port really open? Is what I did correct or did I miss something? Thanks Gz
  6. This happens when the Windows PC goes to sleep. When it wakes up , Kaspersky does not report any activities. But if you restart the PC , all activity missing report will be send to the Kaspersky account. This is a bug, should be reported.
  7. None of these answers is a solution. If Kaspersky could develop a function that would correctly import CSV files including account comments, it would be great.
  8. Thanks all for the help. I managed to import my databse from Sticky Password following your tips. I used Umair Mustafa's rows heading order and names. However I had to copy and paste every comments. They weren't imported. Annoying.
  9. I kind of managed to do it, getting help from this thread : But I had to copy and paste every comments. They weren't imported. Annoying.
  10. Tech support says there's no way to import from Sticky Passwords but perhaps there is? Anyone found a way? From Sticky passwords I can export to text, html, xml... I tried to convert XML to CSV through Excel but I didn't succeed. Thansk
