Occasionally Kaspersky's records may be outdated, if you've just made a purchase of Kaspersky software - Kaspersky is asking you to verify your details, They write it as follows: What to do in case of payment issues when buying a license or subscription? 5th dot point in the list: If after completing the purchase you received a request for additional information, for example, a photo of your ID, then you have entered some details incorrectly.   20. Hello @StePits Thank you for posting back & the information! (A) How did you manage to install & configure KSK *correctly* on the Windows computer - wihout a parent profile? When you say - my first child - is there more than *one* child & the *same* issue is happening for the second OR *all* of your children - on *other* devices that have not been mentioned here in your previous reply? When the first child accesses the web - on the Android, which browser is he using? We're not quite clear about this, IF he's been using the web on the Laptop - in the last month, which browser is used? In (your) MyKaspersky, Kids tab, Application monitoring, how is Settings configured? May we know the age group (your) first child is in please? In Google Family Link, which options are enabled? May we have a full-screen-screenprint of the Family & other users - please hide any private information before posting, your child's name, for example Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

When an application is started on the computer for the first time, Intrusion Prevention checks the safety of the application and assigns it to a group (Trusted, Untrusted, High Restricted, or Low Restricted), this is what is reflected in the reports; IF the trust group is changed the Intrusion Prevention will reflect the change. What do you mean: "is it possible to run archives?" What sort of *archives*? Are the *archives* applications? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

  23. That's because *Sign into MyKaspersky - do not remind me anymore* is not a configurable option in Notification settings @b1k3rdude. We looked into that yesterday, while you were throwing tantrums & why we did not recommend it. Please continue with Support, they are the only ones who can help you. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
