      @Wesly.Zhang - Please be informed that your investigation was greatly appreciated. Meanwhile a matter of my concern: "kernel32.dll ... Entry Point Not Found" announcement didn't appear again. • Concerning Adobe software on my computer, I've accepted today: "Trusted Certificates, which improve your experience with signed documents, are available for download. Would you like to install them"? ... YES ... Adobe Reader: "Security setting have been successfully updated". • Internet drop-outs issue remained unresolved. As well as my attempt to monitor Wireless Network Connection Status, has been futile... As some sort of mysterious speedy download & upload activity persisted for some time, irrespective of ending my internet activity.       Hello @IFL, Fero, Welcome! Read before you create a new topic! by Danila T. As a *test only*, do the issues resolve, IF, in the Kaspersky application, Network Settings, "Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages", is unchecked? Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, & fill in the template as shown, also select (your) Kaspersky application (A); please include a *detailed history*. Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you. *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat* Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?       Kaspersky script injection is breaking SPA web applications (value.toString is not a function)

      Hello, we got many reports from different users using Kaspersky antivirus that our website is not working for them. When we tried to replicate it, we found out that it is broken by JavaScript error (value.toString is not a function) thrown by script injected by Kaspersky. It is happening when our web is trying to get data from server using browser fetch API. Sharing screenshot with the error and line in script where the error is thrown. Can you please check / fix this issue? Thank you, Fero

      Aumentar número de dispositivos

      Bom, falando por mim. Já tenho Kaspersky há alguns anos, atualmente ele me mostra uma 'promoção' para que eu aumente os dispositivos da minha assinatura. Isso pode ser somente para clientes antigos ou selecionados. Caso dentro do seu Kaspersky não tenha essa opção que fica na parte do PERFIL. Acho mais válido realizar uma nova compra com a quantidade correta de dispositivos que deseja. No corpo da mensagem eu coloquei a opção que aparece pra mim. Pode não aparecer pra você, como insinuei ali em cima, não sei muito bem como funciona. :)

      VPN ilimitada não funciona mais no celular

      Hmm, tem que validar para quantos dispositivos seu Kaspersky Premium é, porque se for somente para 1 dispositivo e você já instalou anteriormente em outro dispositivo, ele não vai ser instalado no celular. Valide entrando na sua conta My Kaspersky colocando e-mail e senha vá em DISPOSITIVOS e veja a quantidade de dispositivos conectados na sua licença, se tiver cheia, faça a desconexão de alguns até dar o espaço para você instalar essa assinatura no seu Celular. Para desconectar dispositivos da sua conta aqui está um tutorial: Como desconectar um dispositivo de sua conta Se mesmo assim o problema persistir, acho melhor contatar o suporte diretamente por aqui: Suporte Kaspersky

      Kaspersky detected Trojan rooted in memory.

      Good evening Bernie, thanks for replying. This was the only website i could find info about it. But there is no solution... CMD did not find anything as i do this quite regularly. Winows updates are updated regularly aswell. I see no other way then to do fresh reinstall from USB... in hope that will completely wipe it the virus. But i am uncertain and do not have to experience to check this on deep level.
