Kaspersky 5.5 for Exchange error

When I try to save any anti-virus protection levels, such as "Standard anti-virus protection" or "Extended anti-virus protection".. in fact anything on this screen, I get an error popup when I click on "Apply".

 

Could someone please help me diagnose the problem? According to the product we have the latest updates installed.

 

I have attached a compilation of screenshots of the error to this message.

Will this "repair" disrupt any users who are currently accessing the Exchange server for their email?

During repair information store service will be restarted
