Hi,

I'm try to install agent on POS system.

  • POS can't connect to internet and POS use NAT to communication to my server.
  • POS behind NATed gateway
  • if i show ipconfig on POS system. it's only show 1 NIC ip is 192.168.1.5.
  • POS NAT by Router.
  • POS No domain. It's workgroup.
  • POS can ping/telnet port to server.
  • Server can ping/telnet port to public ip of POS. but can't resolve name.

other computer (not NAT) can communicate normally.

The Network Agent needs to be able to establish an unintercepted connection with the server over port 13000: https://support.kaspersky.com/9297#block2

You might need to assign a connection gateway to ensure proper connection: https://support.kaspersky.com/13756

Thank you.
