unwanted revert to free version.

I have your Internet Security on my mobile (Samsung Galaxy Core Prime). I recently had my paid version revert to the free version, which I did not notice for quite a while. This meant that the phone was not automatically scanned for some time. Any idea how that could have happened? I am still paid up for 70 more days.

Have you changed your mobile phone from the original Kaspersky Premium version download?

Have you uninstalled Kaspersky and reinstalled again? as Kaspersky have recently updated the app in Google play Store.

No uninstall and re-install. I don't think I have ever done an update either.
