PF1792 not fixed in KES10 SP2 Beta2 [In progress]

Hello,

 

PF1792 is in the list of included patches but i still get the error message in Outlook when i try to open signed mails. (see screenshot)

 

Client: Win10 14393.576; Outlook 365 (2016)

KES: 10.3.0.6202

NAgent: 10.4.310

 

How can i solve this? Why is the patch not included although it's on the "fixed" list?

Could you please clarify your problem and tell us how did you receive PF1792?

Hi,

 

when we receive a signed mail in Outlook the error message, what you see in the screenshot, appears instantly. I can read the message without any issues but it's not the right way how it should work.

Also it only appears once.

 

We got the same problem with KES10 SP1 MR3 too. We received the PF from our Kaspersky distributor.

There will be 3rd version of KES beta.

Please wait for the 3rd version is out and check problem reproduction.
