Malfunctioning while full scan and quick scan

Hi Guys.


I have one case that while they performing the full scan and quick scan the laptop of their boss is malfunctioning.



Main Problem:


Full Scan and Quick Scan is malfunctioning.



Please see details of the Laptop:


OS: Windows 8.1 64 bit

Ram: 8 GB

Processors: Intel® Core i7-4500U CPU @ 1.8GHz (2 cores)

Model: HP Spectre 13 Ultrabook

Hard disk type: SSD

Status at the Kaspersky center: Connected
