KPM Upgrade Problem

Hey guys,

I have a problem with KPM: I've downloaded the free version a few weeks ago and I decided to upgrade this software. So I bought the Kaspersky Password Manager in a normal store. I deleted the free software from my PC and activated the Code from the box in my Kaspersky-Account. then i downloaded the program again, but its the for-free version again! i klicked on the button and then i klicked on "do you already have the extended version?" then, an error occured: "The fullversion of Kaspersky Password Manager can not be activated. The receipt of a license can take up to 15 minutes. Please try again later".

What can I do? Thanks for help and sorry for my english. I´ve also translated the error-information into english..

Hey,

yes i`m sure. on the box below the system requirements Windows 7 64Bit Version is mentioned. It´s very strange, because I also have the oportunity to download the license, in the format: .dmg. (https://my.kaspersky.com/de/activations) I think this format is for MAC because i can´t open it. I should say that i installed kpm on my ipad and iphone, too. But even there I´m not able to renew my license etc.

I´ve already wrote the support team, I didn´t get an answer yet. I think that they will answer tomorrow, on monday.

 

Maybe you have a clue for this. If I get the answer of the Support-team first, i will write it down for the forum
