  5. hi, kes11 unable to communicate with ksc. Real-time protection status unknown if I click on send heartbeat no error but protection status remains unknown. Can we repair kes11 from control panel where encryption is already running. Klnagchk statistics is ok. But there is no changes in ksc. Please provide a tool to decrypt on immediate effect BR

  10. hi, Client is facing an issue he has done full-disk encryption of his system hdd 1.customer is decrypting the hdd and doing his normal work 2.during the process he finds out the system has become slow ,he checks in task manager and found out that kaspersky is consuming cpu resources 3.he kills the process and restarts the system 4. after that system asks for pre-boot authentication 5.customer enters the pre-boot authentication details and it is showing loading the os 6.customer system is stuck at loading the os We would request you to please please look into the matter error screenshot already attended in the above conversation. Hi, After installing kes11 on dell laptop blue screen error coming. we have tried both kes11 & kes10sp2mr2 the issue remaining same. but there is no issue while installing kes10sp1mr4. but we want to go with the latest version. kindly help.   24. hi, We have installed Kaspersky Security 10 for windows server on our servers. For some application issue we have disabled the AV purposefully on 4 servers dated on 1st May, 2018. But on dated 3rd May, 2018 we came to know that the AV production got enabled automatically on all 4 servers. Due to this activity we have missed some important file DRM, which the file supposed to be sent to our client but we missed. Could please let me know how the AV production got enabled automatically on these servers. I have attached the GSI report along with windows event logs for your reference. OS : windows server 2008 R2 standard 64 bit. AV version : Kaspersky Security 10 for Windows server would expecting a fast reply from you. BR
