  3. Dear Team, My some of the clients are not updated due to Connection failed, physical error. Below steps are completed from my end. 1. upgrade done with KSC SP2MR1. 2. I had use Kaspersky Security Center 10 Network Agent Version: and Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 for Mac Version: Problem is my agent is running and application also running on the client but on the console client status showing protection off status.
