  1. I took this option from Kaspersky Endpoint Security. You should know such value exists in your installers. Bottom line is: I edited both x64 and x86 msi files with Orca and added property 'skippproductcheck=1' and created a standalone exe installer - now it works when running setup.exe It still doesn't work deploying the package from KSC.
  2. I think above option should work and there should be additionally option to choose SKIPPRODUCTCHECK when deploying via task from installation Packages.
  3. Light Agent 4.0.46.281 standalone running it via admin cmd "setup.exe /pSKIPPRODUCTCHECK=1"
  4. Hi, How can I skip product check for light agent? /pSKIPPRODUCTCHECK=1 does not work for setup.exe and I have problems installing it on fresh W2016 with defender turned off via GPO. Thanks.
  5. I figured it out myself. Thanks to other post Please modify your KB https://support.kaspersky.com/9322 stating that DOMAIN and AD POLLING HAS TO BE ENABLED for 'sessions' to work. I had it turned off on slave not to make mess. Turned it on and voila - 'sessions' are now populated.
  6. I have two servers - MASTER holds all policies and VMware machines, and SLAVE is just for workstations/laptops. On SLAVE when I try to check who's using laptop in 'sessions' under device properties I see only local admin accounts. Advanced>user accounts has local admin accounts only as well. I noticed on MASTER server in Advanced>user accounts it has ALL the accounts that are logging in to laptops which never connected to MASTER. I think that data transfer between Slave>master causes lack of user accounts in 'sessions' on slave.
  7. Dang! Of course i meant 10.4.343. My bad, a typo.
  8. Hi. Why 'sessions' do not contain any domain accounts? Only local admins are there. i checked Advanced>User accounts and same thing - no domain accounts. Where do I set it up to fetch the account info? I looked everywhere and cannot fix it. Does it have something to do with either of network polls? Thanks. EDIT: Above situation is on slave server. Now I checked on master and I see all accounts. Even accounts of computers that are connected to slave server. This is wrong. Is it another thing that is not shared between servers? I have the same problem with executables in exclusions. I have main policy on master server which is inherited by slave. To add an exclusion for workstations on slave I need to edit policy on master but I cannot add exe if it has not been executed on a machine connected to master. So in result I have to install aplication on a test machine connected to master ksc and then I'm able to add it. This is wrong again.
  9. Hi, I went through pdf guids and cannot find info about recommended number of light agents per one SVM. What is the number? Does it only matter to have SVM and light agents on one hypervisor or is it better to have them on one datastore or one VLAN? How does it work best? Thanks.
  10. I just ran the update and see it now. Anyways, good job Kapsersky deploying updates without testing it.
  11. I read on MS webpage it is suppose to be DWORD Value called "cadca5fe-87d3-4b96-b7fb-a231484277cc" with Data set to "0" My Kaspersky made on the other hand new !!!KEY!!! "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" Subkey="SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\QualityCompat\cadca5fe-87d3-4b96-b7fb-a231484277cc" with Value "Default" and Data "0" and there is nothing in QualityCompat except Default=0 and that is a big difference!
  12. I think Issue might be with the key Kaspersky update is making. Can someone confirm this?
  13. LIFE SAVER! Looks like I need better glasses as i looked everywhere. Kudos to you.
  14. + One DB update task for all applications (AV8, KS10, KES10) plus a way to run batches of X computers every n minutes without the need of creating collections or separate tasks. The delay seems not to cover it. + Easy way to migrate Trusted Zone between applications, i.e. KES <-> KS. Right now it's manual work to copy exclusions and trusted apps. + Other way to manage connection profiles in Network Agent policy. Right now we have to type in one by one all addresses. Image we have couple dozen of gateways and we need to type it all in. Not even mentioning reviewing them, etc. One should be able to export and import those.
