  3. I think, I could sort it out at last! When I checked my right-click "context menu" from through "CCleaner", I saw that there were both menus of Kaspersky Total Security 16 and 17, and I thought that they were in conflict with each other. I deleted the ones of KTS 16, and kept the ones of my current KTS 17. Now my Kaspersky buttons in the context menu are active! Thank you anyway, but it would be helpful to keep this topic for others that would have the same problem as mine.
  4. I tried an un- and re-installation, several times. By the way, first, please look at here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-y...rity-free-trial There is an error, it seems. When you select and click on the "Windows" option in this link, it makes you download Kaspersky Password Manager instead of Kaspersky Total Protection. It was hard to find the download for me. :b_lol1: When I found at last, it did not work at first with an error, "Installation files are corrupted." Then, I found the Turkish version from the Turkish site of Kaspersky: www.kaspersky.com.tr It did work, and I could re-install the programme. However, the problem persisted. Then, I tried uninstalling WiseCare and the whole other stuff like IObit, and I removed their remainings too. The problem persisted. Finally, I once more tried uninstalling and reinstalling the KTP, but this time I got the same error about "installation files" while I was trying to reinstall the Turkish version. Then, I could install the English version once more. Nevertheless, the problem persists. As for "alternative file manager", I do not know if I use one or not. How can I detect if I use such a thing or not? Please accept my sincere apologies for my ignorance on PC issues.
  5. I'm sorry, I just wrote both here and in the Turkish section with panic. :ap: I've already made a request for technical support from there, but thought that it might be faster to get help from here. So, won't you help me? :icon20:
  6. Değerli Kaspersky Uzmanları ve Forum Üyeleri, Bir "keygen" yazılımını yüklemiş olmam sonrası, Kaspersky Total Security yazılımıma ait bazı özellikler kısıtlanmış gibi görünüyor. Dosyalara sağ tıklama menüsünde yer alan Kaspersky seçenekleri gri renge dönüştü ve üzerlerine tıklandığında çalışmıyorlar. Şu bağlantıda GetSystemInfo kaydım yer alıyor: http://www.getsysteminfo.com/read.php?file...4e91e0a26e8c955 Durumu düzeltebilmem için lütfen yardımcı olunuz. Saygılarımla, Emanksuda
  7. Dear Kaspersky Experts and Forum Members, I think, due to an infection, my right-click Kaspersky options are disabled. They do appear in the right-click menu, but are in grey, and when you click on them nothing happens. Here you are the GetSystemInfo file link: http://www.getsysteminfo.com/read.php?file...4e91e0a26e8c955 I did a Malwarebytes scan, and it disinfected 19 files, and I did an incomplete scan with Kaspersky, but it was too long, and stopped it in order to demand help from here. The situation is the same after these scans too. Could you please kindly guide me in enabling back my right-click Kaspersky options? Best regards, emanksuda
  8. Hi again! After some time I made the changes that I told above, the problem disappeared. But I will still be very much content, if you can acknowledge me about "open network connections". Thank you already from now...
  9. Hi there! I'm using the full version of Kaspersky PURE 3.0 (English) version 13.0.2.558 (f), and I am experiencing the same problem with "databases". Although I click on the "update" button and it begins updating whenever I see the warning "Databases are out of date", the same warning continues to appear at the end of each update session. I've unchecked the proxy option in the "Update Source" section as you have previously told above for another user experiencing the same problem, and I've tried once more, but the same problem is going on. I should give an additional information: I've tried to "exit" from the application by right clicking on the Kaspersky icon on the below right tray on my screen and then clicking the "exit" option, but the application warned me as follows: "Attention! There are 4 currently open network connections. They will be terminated. Do you agree? Connections will be terminated automatically in 5 s." I've got very much afraid! What are these "network connections"? How can I learn about them? Are these "network connections" dangerous? I'm now attaching my "update report" and the zip folder of my GetSystemInfo, and here is my GetSystemInfo link: http://www.getsysteminfo.com/read.php?file...a1b7dc52b5ed463 Please help me... update_report.txt GetSystemInfo_CM_DELL_Co__kun_2014_09_22_15_18_46.zip
