Password Manager is not creating strong passwords with special characters, as described at https://support.kaspersky.com/help/KPM/Win25.1/en-US/85118.htm

I have noticed that KPM considers these as the same URL [Website Address] : www.domain.com:2083 and www.domain.com:2096 So if I have one the [Website Address] error/conflict checking code it won’t let me add the other as a different entry. It also doesn’t seem to distinguish between any deeper URL paths so www.domain.com/wp-login is also automatically linked to the a single domain entry. This is rather annoying as most hosting companies use just the port reference to determine the different logins for cPanel and WebMail…..ironically all the built-in browser password managers handle this easily. If I’m missing something obvious please feel free to illuminate me…

Hi, My OS version is 23H2. My Kaspersky Password Manager version is 24.2.0.277 / 1727102805_7615 / 1.1.0.2_1. As explained in the title, whenever I try to export my vault to txt (from either the app or the website), all of my information is exported EXCEPT my credit cards, My addresses, and my authenticators (for which I guess is understandable). For the life of me I can't figure out why. Any help would be appreciated. Furthermore, is there no ability to export only credit cards and not the whole vault?

Windows 11 Home Chrome version 122.0.6261.69 Edge version 122.0.2365.52 FFox version 123.0 Kaspersky Password Manager version 24.0.0.428 Installed the Password Manager extension on each browser. On Chrome and FFox, the extension icon is red and when I click on it I get the popup "Install the application" with a Download and Install button, but I already have the application installed. On Edge, the icon is green but when I click it I get only "Password Generator" and never the option to select the entry for the current website - like I previously had. I don't know what drove this extension to break on all three browsers.

The extension consistently remains in this state. I can only use it once or twice at most. Both the Password Manager and the Kaspersky Protection extension are malfunctioning. You can see it in the screenshots. The only thing I've noticed is that if I don't enter a password into and activate the Kaspersky Password Manager application on MacOS, it doesn't encounter any errors. Of course, in that case, I can't use the password manager. Does anyone have any ideas about this? MacOS Sonoma 14.5 Firefox 125.0.2 (64 Bit)

I've been using Kaspersky password manager for years now on multiple PC's. So I can log in on any account from every PC. But I don't want my kids that are now becoming tech savvy to be able to access bank accounts and other sensitive sites. How do I arrange for sensitive accounts to be only available from my own PC and not the others? Do I need a separate KPM for that? Appreciate any advice. Regards, Otly

I have KTS. My subscription shows I have over 400 days remaining. When I logged into KPM on my iPhone yesterday, somehow it no longer was the full version. It indicated I was using the free version. It was working fine the day before. I checked My Kaspersky and the iPhone device was no longer listed. Fortunately I was able to uninstall KPM on my iPhone, login to My Kaspersky on my iPhone, added my device and downloaded and installed a clean version of KPM. It installed successfully and synchronized with my KPM vault. All is working fine now. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms?

I have installed the Password Manager plugin on Google Chrome, which is working fine on my personal computer. At work, when I click on the plugin, it says I need to download and install password manager. I am not allowed to install applications on a work computer. Is there a way around this? I was using Last Pass and didn't have to install anything to use that plugin at work. If I am unable to use it at work, it becomes useless to me and I will have to go back to something else. Google Chrome version Version: 121.0.6167.161 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hi everyone, I have been trying to add an application into the password manager. When I click on add application, then click browse, it loads the page, then freezes every time. I have tried restarting my computer a few times, but it still freezes and I have to close it with task manager because nothing else will work. I am running Kaspersky total security on Windows 10, version 1809 on a PC with a 64 bit operating system. Could the 64 bit operating system be the problem? I have noticed that the Kaspersky, including the password manager is 32 bit, and couldn't seem to find a 64 bit version. Thanks, Justine.

Hi guys, has been a while that PM extension for google chrome is returning the same website, despit in which URL I am in. For several websites the Passaword Manger read it as "premier.tickesforfun.com.br”- this isn't a login page, I can't change in anyway and if I try to save it return an error. Also I need to cancel several times to make the window dissapear. This is happening in my two laptops(personal and profissional) and it's quite annoying as I can't automatically save new passwords. What should I do to fix this issue? Thanks in advance

When I try to connect my existing account it accepts my user and password, I receive the sms code and it just hangs for eternity. I can never get past the free version. The web version just hangs and does nothing except for stating “Loading”. My other products such as Kaspersky VPN Premium and Total Security work fine. Also on my iphone i can access my password manager normally.

I have Kaspersky Password Manager (KPM) installed on, and synchronised across, three devices: a desktop computer running Windows 11, a Samsung tablet TAB S9 FE+, and a Samsung phone model A53 5G. The Samsung devices both run Android. I need to frequently access a medical site, Myindici, which is installed on all three devices. KPM works perfectly on the desk top machine but does not work at all on either the tablet or the phone. I am most interested in getting it running on the tablet and I will be referring only to the tablet unless I indicate otherwise. When logging to the portal for the first time KPM does not try to capture the login data. When the login data i…

I have a lot of passwords, and many are reused. I want to clean this up, but I am finding that I already cleaned up a number of them, but even with refreshing, Password Manager still shows them with the old (leaked) password. Some of these were changed quite a while ago. Because there are so many, I don’t want to have to keep going through and figuring out manually which risks are valid and which aren’t. What can I do to make Password Manager report only on current passwords? Thank you.
