Kaspersky Password Manager

Good morning, I have a problem. For a few weeks now, Chrome has no longer made me choose the email and password which it will then automatically enter. It worked fine until recently. Now I have to press on the extension symbol and select the email/password. What should I do to rehabilitate it? I use Mac OS 15.0 with Mac m1. This problem is not present on Safari; in fact this browser lets me choose data without any problem. Thank you so much to anyone who will help me. i have always had Kaspersky Password Manager and have 270 passwords. Apparently all my subscriptions were either canceled or expired although when I click on Kaspersky Internet Security it says it is still active. When I go to my Password Manager it says I can only have 5 and if I want all of mine I have to subscribe. Well now, that appears to impossible in the US so how do I access all of my passwords if I can't subscribe or upgrade??? Also, it keeps referring me to UltraAV and PassWatch, fine, I can do that but since I am not seeing all of entries how do I export them when there is nothing there? Hi, I tried to open my Password Manager yesterday and it states "We enhanced your data security. Decrypting your vault may take a little longer" .. I wasn't expecting it to take more than 24 hours! So .. at the moment, I can't access any of my passwords. Can anyone help?

on my iphone 16 plus, running ios 18.3.2. When I try to logon to an APP account there is a symbol of a key and the word PASSWORDS, mid screen. I tap that and it looks like it is going to kaspersky password manager that I have on my phone. But it doesn't have the credentials for the APP I am trying to login to, even though it is there when I look at the database in the kaspersky password manager APP. There is an option to show database and the entries are not like what is in the kaspersky password manager APP on the same phone. Is there a setting I am missing?

I have a Kaspersky password manager on my computer and on 2 phones. One phone and PC are on the same account and the other phone is due to the license I have on the other account. Is there an option to connect them to share passwords or at least to import passwords to the phone in some way.

Hello I have this problem when accessing the password via web version. I am costumer since 5 years, and this is very problematic. I contacted support and they said to change DNS, which is laughable for this case. Though I tried and didn't solve anything. Am i the only one having this issue?

Hi, Because I live in the US I can't download Password Manager on to my new device. I still have Password Manager on my phone but I can't export passwords from the phone; only from from the desktop version (which I can't download as I'm in the US). And, when I try to log in to My Kaspersky account online it doesn't accept the password from my "Kaspersky Password Manager" account and says that, in that case, the original cloud storage will be deleted and I will lose all the saved passwords! I'm having an issue where the Kaspersky Password Manager extension isn't working at all on Helium (a Chromium-based browser). Curiously, the main Kaspersky Antivirus app works perfectly fine and integrates without any issues. Is anyone else experiencing this with Chromium browsers, or is there a known workaround to get the password manager extension to load?

Hello, Would it be possible to add Kaspersky Passoword manager free/enterprise to our terminal server so that when users log in (they can save their passwords). We want each individual user to have access to their own kaspersky passwords when they log in to the server. How would we go about this, i tried to find it in the documentation but no help.
