Этот файл на Opentip на текущий момент не категоризирован, загрузить его для анализа не представляется возможным из-за размера в 500 МБ. Поэтому Вам лучше создать запрос в поддержку, в котором описать ситуацию и прислать детектируемый файл. Если это ложное срабатывание, вирлаб уберет детектирование.

Windows 10 Домашняя для одного языка, 22H2 Установил wsl ubuntu 22.04 LTS Установил clickhouse по инструкции https:/ / clickhouse.com/docs/ru/getting-started/install Сразу же Касперский начал ругаться на бинарник clickhouse и удалил все все конфиги .xml Кто сталкивался с проблемой? Это ошибка Касперского или в ClickHouse завёлся троян? В свете найденного бэкдора в xz возможен второй вариант

Здравствуйте, в задаче по добавлению ключа в KSC ошибка по тайм-ату операции истек, установка агента администрирования 13.2.0.1511 и KES 12.4.0 производится без проблем, ранее на хостах стоял KES 11.7 но не везде смог обновить версию, поэтому было принято решение удалить и переустановить данный продукт, как можно решить эту проблему?

Hi @ardakeremkoc! Could you please specify the version of Kaspersky Password Manager on your PC? It can be checked from the additional menu on main window of the app ("About" button) Also, if you used both password manager and antivirus apps before and it worked fine, when did this problem occur for the first time?

Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Please provide Kaspersky product version installed. Also, be sure Your network is set to Private in Your Windows settings, also in Kaspersky FireWall settings -> Available Networks, be sure Your Home Network is set to Trusted. -

Hi I upgraded to premium from KIS 2023 and my QNAP "QFinder" can't get access? Turning off firewall they come back! - But I really want my firewall to be on 🙂 I do have an Export setting file from the old version - but kaspersky is not really good at those export/import things as I remember? (Compatible) Can anyone show me how to allow local NAS via QFinder from QNAP not to be blocked by Premium? Thanks for your time and magic Netz

Какой именно антивирус пытаетесь установить? Какие-то антивирусы (Касперского или любые другие) были до этого установлены? Какая операционная стистема? Покажите скриншот ошибки, пожалуйста.

при каждой установке примернло 30% просит перегразгрузить компьютер ... после перезагрузки ничего не продолжает а система пишет ошибка bingsvc.exe программа product_info.dll касперский не установлена
