Hello @Mack, Welcome! *The FIRST thing to do when KPM is *not* spooling (i.e., when you can get into KPM), is to create a KPM backup, so you have recovery data!*: Read: Create a backup copy Please share (your) KPM version & Windows OS version & build & IF there's *other* Kaspersky software installed, name & version of that as well please? For KPM, in Windows, Taskbar, *Hidden* icons, rightclick the KPM icon, select About? Ditto for any other Kaspersky software? For Windows OS & build, in Windows Search, type WINVER, run the app, post back the information shown? Since the problem "gone into a spool and unable to get to my passwords" started, has the computer been SHUTDOWN, using Shutdown, not Restart, followed by *power-on* by pressing the power button? IF the answer is YES & IF KPM has been clean installed & the issue persists, log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown in the image below; please include a *detailed history*. I don't use Kaspersky VPN, but using Kaspersky Premium... broke Nord VPN browser extension from this morning. Found this thread and disabled "Scanning of Secure Connections" from Settings. Seems to be working for now... -

Norton *Utilities* as a stand-alone-product is *not* listed: List of applications incompatible with Kaspersky for Windows. PDM issues need to be analysed by Kaspersky Virus Lab experts, please do the following: log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in template as shown in the image below; (fill in (your) software - we've used Kaspersky Standard as an example) - please include any screen images of the error & a *detailed history*. Ik heb een probleem met Kaspersky Password Manager op mijn desktop sinds al enkele dagen start mijn Password Manager niet op, zelfs als manueel via de snelkoppeling op mijn bureaublad te openen. Via de site van Kaspersky gekeken wat ik kon doen via helpdesk enzo. Eerst eens Password Manager verwijderen en opnieuw installeren. GEEN SUCCES Dan het volledige programma Kaspersky Total Security verwijderen en opnieuw installeren. GEEN SUCCES Nu een nieuwe Licentie gekocht van Kaspersky Premium waardoor ik mij 30 dagen die resteerden bij Total Security heb verloren. Omdat ik dacht dat met het nieuwe programma het probleem van Password Manager ging opgelost geraken. Maar zelfs dat dat niet is gelukt!!!!!! Kunnen jullie mij helpen, aub? Met vriendelijke groeten

Обнаружил такую проблему сегодня. Запустил браузер chrome с vpn расширением - ни один сайт не грузится. Закрываю Kaspersky Free - сайты через vpn начинают открываться. Подскажите, как и что можно настроить, чтобы все работало?

Buenas. Ayer se me actualizo mi Kaspersky Premium a la versión 21.17.7.539 y en principio no note nada raro pero hoy tras realizar un análisis completo he visto que en su sección si aparece luego en los informes no hay ni rastro. ¿Se ha podido cambiar alguna configuración al actualizarse de la 21.16 a la 21.17? ¿Debería revisarlas todas otra vez? Aparte también he visto que no me funcionaba el acceso directo en el escritorio y me había desaparecido el icono de pago seguro (he conseguido poner el de pago seguro de nuevo desde la opción del propio software pero no encuentro donde está la opción para el icono principal. Un saludo.

Я выхожу из ситуации следующим образом (мозила) после того как сообщается "Прокси-сервер отказывается принимать соединения" удаляю в адресной строке "https://" жму ентр, Касперский ругается "Остановлен переход на недоверенный сайт", я подтверждаю переход и далее сайт и все его вкладки работают без проблем и через "https://" но только до закрытия браузера. Мне лениво каждый раз лазить в настройки. Теперь думаю, стоит ли в июне продлевать лицензию...

Добрый вечер! Краем глаза заметил процесс или раздел в сетевой активность без имени(подчеркнутый)в нем процессы system, я так понимаю это им и принадлежит пороцесс, раздел без имени?Или же это визуальный баг? Может у кого есть такой же процесс
