Upgrade to Kaspersky's new version, the upgrade is free & is like-for-like; read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T. For the upgrade please follow these steps: Check (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscriptions tab & make sure the *existing* Kaspersky Activation code is saved there? Create a System restore point: How to create a restore point in Windows. Uninstall the existing Kaspersky software -> during the uninstall (you) will be prompted to save data - only select License information, Data Encryption if (you've) created data vaults for storage & Anti-Spam databases if (you've) built such a database. At the end of the uninstall make sure the computer is rebooted. Download the new software from here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. Install, follow: How to install the application. At the end of the install make sure the application is *signed into* with the same email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - so the software, account & license synchronise. Run a Database update. Shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN not Restart, when the computer if fully OFF - power ON by pressing the power button, login. Recheck the Discord & Battle.net issues? same to me. Discord Updater dont work when Kaspersky is running since about 4-6 weeks - maybe a bit longer. Kaspersky Version 21.3.10.391 (I). Also the Battle.net dont work since 1 week. I had no such problems since the first time I used kaspersky (> 10 years) regards Dirk

День добрый. Параметры вирусной атаки задаются в свойствах KSC. У Вас что здесь указано? Количество найденных вирусов соответствует условиям? Ваша задача будет отрабатывать сразу на всех компах срабатывании условий. Если я правильно понял Вы хотите только на том, на котором найдено ВПО. Хотя зачем запускать задачу поиска ВПО, если оно итак найдено мне не понятно.

Gracias por responder pronto harlan4096 (creo que ese es el seudónimo de la persona que me ha respondido), te comento: Es un producto Kaspersky Premium, para 5 dispositivos, pero sólo para tres usuarios. En cuanto a lo de la licencia supongo que te referirás a donde realicé la compra. Fue en el Corte Inglés, aparte de eso no sabría decirte de forma específica que tipo es la que tengo. Creo que la licencia es siempre la misma, pero variando únicamente el número de dispositivos según donde se adquiera (es decir en tienda física u online) o al menos eso es lo que tengo entendido. ¿Cómo hago lo de abrir un ticket de soporte técnico? Ya me dices. Muchas gracias. Un saludo.

Здравствуйте! Не могу подключиться ни к одному впн серверу с телефона. Пишет ошибку: невозможно подключиться к провайдеру безопасного впн соеденения. Пожалуйста, попробуйте позднее. На ноутбуке тоже есть впн который как и телефон подключен к одной сети, и на ноутбуке все работает прекрасно, но на телефоне почему-то нет. Вот скриншот ошибки:
