Hello, I cannot update my AV database. I'm from Myanmar and I'm trying the premium trial to see whether its' AV and VPN works properly. I tried with both my home wifi and my data hotspot. It always stopped at 8%. I have attached screeshots. the vpn is also not working, stuck at introduction page. 😞 Operating system: Windows10 V22H2 (OS Build 19045.5854)

I'm Kaspersky Anti-Virus 10 device user for many years ago and discontinued the renewal. planning to downgrade the plan since I don't use that much device anymore. Bought a Kaspersky standard 3 device 2 year license. but when activating using the activation code it says invalid region, then I uninstall the old kaspersky anti-virus and installed kaspersky standard free. then after activating it say the license is not support on this app. so is this kaspersky standard is not for windows 10/11? because when I'm on mykaspersky subscription, trying to download on subscription it only shows mobile. did try send download link to email but when open it on PC there is no any action or download from the link provided. even when I click on "click on here to download again." when logged in my account to the kaspersky standard app on PC my windows PC dosn't show up on Kaspersky Standard license subscription it keeps showing up on Kaspersky Anti-virus (old subscription 10 device) any solution should I do? can I file for a refund? since this plan looks incompatible for windows.

Фоновая активность на компьютере? Полная проверка ничего не находит. Greetings. Yesterday just before going to sleep i was surprised with a strange Pop-up from Kaspersky, it said my antivirus wasn't activated and that my protection was disabled. It was odd since my signature will last until october. A quick look made me realize that after a update, the antivirus just expelled my activation key and downgraded back to Kaspersky Free. I entered my account and had to manually disconnect my computer so i could install once again in the same computer. I'm wondering if this will be a recurring problem, because most of the time I ignore all the annoying pop-ups of Kaspersky, but luckily this time i paid attention since the colors had change from the ones i used to see. PS: Second problem, if you have time: How do i get hid of all the annoying pop-ups that Kaspersky seems to be throwing at me? I know about the configurations inside the program, but i only have the system ones activated, all the others about promotions and news are disabled, but i still get a lot of irritating pop-ups every now and then, even when I'm in fullscreen. I remember Kaspersky being all quiet in the computer back in the day, but now it seems that more and more irrelevant pop-ups are appearing on the screen.

And now when I try to loin the KSC, I get this error: Invalid administration server certificate file, i have assigned the browser manually as well and it also accepted that certificate, but then this error pops up. Для ускорения и упрощения выполнения задания решил воспользоваться функцией удаленной установки программ Kaspersky Security Center 14.2. Набросал bat скрипт: powershell.exe Get-WindowsCapability -Online | Where-Object Name -like ‘OpenSSH.Server*’ | Add-WindowsCapability –Online powershell.exe Start-Service sshd powershell.exe Stop-Service sshd По сообщениям выполнения задачи удаленной установки "Установка выполнена успешно". Но при проверке наличия компонента OpenSSH Server в списке компонентов с помощью DISM, этот компонент имеет статус выключен. Решил набросать другой скрипт: dism /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:OpenSSH.Server~~~~0.0.1.0 sc start sshd sc stop sshd Результат выполнения тоже успешен, но компонент OpenSSH Server так же выключен. Вопрос такой: выполнение данных скриптов не возможно через KSC? Или есть какая-то особенность в написании скриптов такого рода? Или есть ошибка в синтаксисе скриптов?

Please, need some help. The .exe that I want to block does not appear in the rule list so that I can block it from in and out use of internet. How can I add the .exe? Can´t find any add button.

Файл отчёта (C:\KVRT2020_Data\Reports\report_2025.04.18_09.00.41.klr.enc1) существует, размер 161 байт, дата модификации 18.04.2025 09:00. Неясно, почему отчёт не сохраняется в файл по мере его формирования. Если система работает не стабильно (например, крешится случайным образом), то отчёт при длительном сканировании и не посмотреть (или придётся сидеть, уткнувшись в экран). Ich möchte mehrere Computer über WLAN miteinander verbinden. Zuerst wollte ich einen PC mit Win-7 mit einem PC mit Win-10 über das WLAN verbinden. Die Verbindung funktioniert mittlerweile in beide Richtungen. Leider muß ich dafür die Firewall von KIS deaktivieren, was ich aber nicht will. Die Einstellung für die Ausnahmeregel funktioniert nicht. Zahnradsymbol für "Einstellung", linkes Menü "Schutz", Punkt "Firewall". Punkt "Paketregeln", "DNS over TCP" Hinzufügen mit Aktion "Erlauben" Richtung "Eingehend/Ausgehend" Protokoll "Alle" Adressen "Adressen aus der Liste" Lokale Adresse "IP-Adresse vom Win-10 PC" Trotz dieser Einstellung ist bei Aktivierung der Firewall KEINE Verbindung vom Win-7 PC zum Win-10 PC und auch keine Verbindung vom Win-10 PC zum Win-7 PC möglich. Hello, Since one week I get a lot of "invalid certificate" warning about well known websites; e.g., connect.facebook.net (see attached screenshot). I'm using Kasperski Free (currently 21.20.8.505) since a long time without issue in Windows 10 Pro FR (22h2 build 19045.5608). How could I solve this reccurrent issue?

Saludos. Kaspersky Plus ha detectado varios troyanos en mensajes de correos de hace bastantes años que no están ya en la bandeja de entrada pero si en la carpeta inbox almacenada en el disco duro. Al optar por "resolver" me sale una ventana emergente con omitir como una opción al problema. NI eliminar, ni poner en cuarentena, ni desinfectar... todas ellas opciones que según ayuda de kaspersky deberían ser opciones que apareciesen https://support.kaspersky.com/help/Kaspersky/Win21.20/es-ES/264633.htm Realmente no me interesan para nada esos mensajes ni sus adjuntos. Me gustaría eliminarlos. Pero ¿es omitir realmente la única opción que me puede dar kaspersky? En las imágenes: 1º) el aviso de kaspersky (uno solo de ellos), 2º la ventana resultado con la única opción omitir, 3º la ruta del archivo y por ultimo la localización del mismo en mi disco duro. Si podéis aconsejarme qué hacer, no quiero pulsar"omitir". Gracias
