Kaspersky VPN / DNS Issues After PureVPN Integration - Time for Kaspersky Statement

We have all been struggling with VPN and DNS issues after the recent update to Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection which involved integrating PureVPN into its services. After 8 days waiting for this issue to be resolved I can no longer justify spending any more time dealing with an unreliable and intermittent VPN, so have uninstalled it and paid for a month with another provider. As a Kaspersky loyalist who has used Kaspersky's products for nearly a decade, and never had any of my systems breached under Kaspersky's guardianship, I find having to uninstall their VPN immensely disappointing. For those of you still struggling with issues like intermittent VPN access, zero access or partial access to some sites (YouTube and Google Maps among others in my case) and your DNS malfunctioning, in my view this cannot be solved at the users end as it is an issue Kaspersky's integration of PureVPN's servers into it's security architecture. * IT IS TIME FOR KASPERSKY LAB TO RESPOND I am formally requesting that an OFFICIAL UPDATE from Kaspersky Lab is sent to all users of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection via email to clarify the nature of the remaining issues and when they can be expected to be solved. In my view 8 days of a virtually unusable VPN is a serious enough failure to maintain an internet security component that a FULL ROLLBACK of the update needs to be considered until the developers find a 100 percent functional and permanent solution to the issue. In the meantime, having reluctantly uninstalled Kaspersky VPN, I can now get on with my work with a 100 percent reliable VPN. For the reader, let me know what you think, or if you have come across any solution that works for you. * Once Kaspersky Lab issues a statement on the issue as requested above I will download and test Kaserpsky VPN Secure Connection again, because, as I say, I am a Kasperksy loyalist and still believe their security suite is the Gold Standard in internet security.- 8 replies

Desde la última actualización, dejó de funcionar. Lleva un tiempo sin funcionar; internet deja de funcionar en cuanto se activa. Y solo funciona Kaspersky; nada más funciona. Uso AdGuard como firewall; antes funcionaba correctamente, pero ahora no funciona en absoluto, con o sin firewall.

Grüß euch, ich habe ein Kaspersky Premium jahresabo letztes Jahr für 3 Geräte geholt, das VPN hat super funktioniert. Vor einer woche habe ich mein fast ausgelaufenes abo gekündigt und ein neues jahresabo für 5 geräte geholt. seitdem ist auf dem laptop die funktion "Double VPN" verschwunden und die server sind von ca.180 auf 87 reduziert worden. woran kann das liegen/ kann ich das noch wiederherstellen? Die Verbindung funktioniert zudem auch sehr schlecht.

Desde la mañana que no esta funcionando la vpn se queda en "conectando..." y de eso hace varias horas. Tengo la versión 21.23.6.614-2

Recent update to the app, all the usual nonsense with the recent merger with PureVPN (fewer servers, rubbish speed) That I can just about live with but now the entire VPN facility on my phone has vanished. Tried installing the standalone VPN app and it tells me it's included in the main app. Not anymore apparently. Seriously unhappy here and unlikely to renew my long-standing licence at this point.

Completato il pagamento mi dice che dovrei ricevere una mail per completare la transazione: Your order number XXXXXXXXXXXX is still pending. You should have received an email at the above address with payment details and how to complete your transaction. però non sto ricevendo alcuna email, il pagamento da mastercard dice che è in lavorazione e non so come sbloccare la situazione. Avevo già acquistato questo abbonamento l'anno scorso e mi ricordo di aver ricevuto la mail di attivazione dell'abbonamento col codice deicato praticamente subito, è cambiato qualcosa o sto sbagliando qualcosa io?

Kaspersky Internet Security ile başladığım bu yolda zamanla Kaspersky Internet Security, Kaspersky Total Security, Kaspersky Plus ve Kaspersky Premium ile devam ettim. 11 senedir Kaspersky firmanızı kullanıyorum. Lisans süremin bitmesine çok az kaldı. Tam 37 gün kaldı ve Kaspersky halen daha telefon numaramı aramadı ve mesaj göndermedi. Apple macOS 26.1 Tahoe kullanmaktayım. Здравствуйте. Не могу удалить программу, стандартный деинсталлятор Windows выдает ошибку (это действие допускается только для установленных продуктов) После этого я решил попробовать установить утилиту удаления касперского (kavremvr) но она просто не видит программу (хотя та спокойно открывается и работает) Далее я начал искать решения на форуме и нашел англоязычную тему где модератор советует установить troubleshooter и Revo Uninstaller, первая программа не видит касперский, вторая выдает тоже самое что и Windows. Что делать в данной ситуации? -

I’m using the VPN. I can connect through a different browser, anonymously — it doesn’t matter. If I’m using Kaspersky’s premium service, they still know I’m on a VPN. How do they know??? Even a Minecraft server can detect it. Is this product a joke? Amazon Prime can detect it, MAX as well. Imagine if I tried to use this service for a real purpose? A 5 dollar minecraft knows that I'm on a VPN, I already cleaned all cache, don't blame the cache... -
Can corrupt or access denied items result in Kaspersky disinfection in scans?

Kaspersky premium version: 21.23.6.614 windows 11 24.H2 OS build: 26100.6899 A few days ago Kaspersky showed a full scan result of 65 disinfected objects, and I was devastated because I never install unknown or pirated applications and After scanning the PC with multiple second opinion scanners (NPE, EEK, Hitman Pro) and taking advice from individuals of knowledge, I decided that this couldn't be a malware incident and maybe a bug. I looked into the full scan report and couldn't find any traces of malware or anything like that, and I only see corrupted, access-denied archives of 3D assets I use for work. (These files are non-executable assets that only perform within the walls of the main application, Daz Studio.) I already redownloaded the corrupted archives from the official website, and they work as intended now. My question is, how did corrupt or access-denied items result in Kaspersky disinfection of 65 items in a single full scan? Is this some kind of a bug? If it is, then I would like to report it to Kaspersky. I cannot add the full scan report txt file with this due to restrictions instead I added the report as photos. Thanks in advance. -

Ciao a tutti, vorrei capire prima d'installare la versione gratuita di 32 giorni di Kaspersky Premium se anche la versione di prova abbinata di Kaspersky Password Manager ha un numero di voci illimitato da aggiungere all'archivio credenziali oppure ha voci limitate. Ho letto su fonti diverse contrastanti che il Password Manager di prova abbinato al Kaspersky Premium di prova gratuito ha voci illimitate mentre su altri limitati. Chi dice il vero? Grazie

Here in Brazil the streets are very dangerous. Your smartphone can get robbed at any time. So I always leave on the "App blocker" function for all apps that contains sensitive data, and some of them are apps I use frequently, like whatsapp. At the same time it is important to have the app blocker on when I'm on the street, it is a big nuisance when I'm on a safe place, like my home, or at the office. It is just annoying to have to keep unlocking the app when I'm safe. So my suggestion is to create a new function to the app blocker, so I can set up wifis or location ranges on maps that I don't want the app locker to be triggered. So I can set a range for my office, or a friend's home, and setup my home wifi connection, or my mother's house wifi, so it knows I'm at a safe place. Doing this the app blocker won't be so annoying. Thank you from a long time user.

VPN never connected, as if something was blocking it

Kaspersky Premium 10 devices, on W11 W10 everything is fine, on an Android 16 mobile the antivirus works as it should except for the vpn The VPN selection button while I do it to the right to start this VPN, immediately reverts back to its original position! In an application with a question about VPN, the question keeps coming out again and again ! -
Windows apps not working with Kaspersky Premium

Many times, many of my Windows apps stop working. No amount of fixing using Microsoft or Kaspersky solutions works. Some of the apps work when I "Run as Administrator". My only solution to the problems of the apps not working normally was to uninstall Kaspersky Premium and then reinstall it. This is cumbersome. I'd like to keep using Kaspersky without the apps' crashes. Apparently, in these states, I will be unable to continue. Can anyone resolve my problem with apps running on Windows 10, including Microsoft 365 and others, while Kaspersky Premium is also running? -

ОС: Alt Linux K 11.1 (Nemorosa) (6.12.41-6.12-alt1) Добрый день! Запустил проверку системы через команду "kfl-control --scan-file /" и увидел 2 удалённых объекта. Подскажите, пожалуйста: 1. Как посмотреть какие именно файлы были удалены в результате проверки. 2. Как сделать кнопку "Проверка" в графическом приложении касперского активной. -
Доброго времени суток. Уже долго меня эта проблема донимает и вот решился ее исправить, но все ответы которые были даны несколько лет назад не помогли с решением. У меня kaspersky premium + расширение kaspersky protection. В одном из решении было, установить расширение kaspersky protection - не помогло. Потом я его удалил - тоже не помогло, видно сам антивирус в трафик лезет. Отключение антивируса улучшило ситуацию, но все равно, пока кэш не почистишь, будут падающие запросы захламлять network, но и отключать антивирус каждый раз перед работой, тоже такое. Хочу работать и не думать о том, что что-то нужно включить или выключить. Помогите разобраться куда в самой новой версии kaspersky вставить доп правило, на пропуск любого localhost.

Приветствую всех. В общем такая беда. Продуктом от Касперского пользуюсь давно. Особых проблем никогда не было. В данный момент и уже давно не могу найти решение. Проблема в том, что при замере скорости исходящий трафик интернета при включенном антивирусе меньше почти в двое. Ладно при замере скорости на площадке Яндекс, но даже при загрузке в облако (любой браузер, или п.о.) скорость не более 100 м.бит. Отключаешь, даже без удаления, всё прекрасно работает, летает просто. Встроенная диагностика сети, через раз пишет качество сетевого соединения может быть низким. Либо адаптер перезапускаешь, либо кабель из пк вытаскиваешь и обратно подключаешь. Операционку на чисто переустанавливал, антивирус тоже. Подписки на пару месяцев осталось. Уже думаю не продлевать. Скорость от провайдера 800 м.бит, а работать с файлами невозможно. Есть какое то решение? Всю голову сломал уже. -

Kaspersky version 21.22.7.466(a) windows 11 pro Probably a paranoid question, but last Friday Kaspersky suddenly showed an upgrade popup saying 'added support for Opera/improved phishing protection' and a few other things, and after I closed the popup, Microsoft immediately notified me that you need to update your antivirus or turn Windows Defender back on; simultaneously, Kaspersky showed a warning that the database is extremely out of date. So I update the antivirus, and now everything seems to be working fine. My question is, is this how Kaspersky software upgrades work? I'm assuming it was a software upgrade because I installed Kaspersky version 21.21, and now it's 21.22. So it's either a Kaspersky upgrade or a zero-day malware hitting me for no reason lol😅. Here are a few screenshots from my Kaspersky version so the experts here can take a look. Any advice would be appreciated. -

MS Windows 10 x64 Pro Kaspersky Premium I hibernate and then resume OS, daily. For the last two days upon resume and login to Windows... an empty window titled Kaspersky Premium opens without any visible content. Though it seems there is content when I click&drag to select inside the window: Window contents start. We'd love your feedback! How satisfied are you with Kaspersky Premium? Not at all satified Very satisfied 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Window contents end. Satisfaction grades are clickable, pointer changes to finger when hovering them. Also there is one more clickable entity (possibly Send/OK/etc.) at the bottom right corner of the windows, still invisible, pointer turns to finger upon hover. I can wait 15 minutes, but content doesn't become visible. So I close the window. Why the content have the same color as window background? Or, why the content are invisible?

Hey everyone, Tonight when I search on Google via chrome, 3 times I’ve had below pop up, I’ve never seen it before: HEUR:Trojan-Clicker Script GhostPlugin.gen It tells me it’s a Trojan type and that the object is: https://youronlinesearches.com/script/r.php?a=3201&uid=52863x0000xzzz7. ZZZZZZZZZ However Kaspersky tells me that it has blocked the download each time, this while I’m on Google via chrome, I’ve never seen this before and the only sites I go on are legit ones. I have done a quick scan and it comes back with nothing found, Kaspersky tell me: Event: Malicious object detected User: ***** (I’m not inc this for privacy) Usertype: Initiator Application name: chrome.exe Application path: C:\Program Files|Google|Chrome/Application Component: Safe Browsing Result description: Detected Type: Trojan Can anyone help?
