  1. Recommend against buy Kaspersky. They are not keeping up with technology. For over 6 years, they have been writing about ARM architecture and for 1.5 years, they have been saying they are upgrading so their products can work with laptops using ARM. But they can't do it still, so you are wasting your money if you buy from them. I was convinced to upgrade to Premium and it won't work with my new laptop. Calling them Kaspersky KRAP now.
  2. Grüß euch, ich habe ein Kaspersky Premium jahresabo letztes Jahr für 3 Geräte geholt, das VPN hat super funktioniert. Vor einer woche habe ich mein fast ausgelaufenes abo gekündigt und ein neues jahresabo für 5 geräte geholt. seitdem ist auf dem laptop die funktion "Double VPN" verschwunden und die server sind von ca.180 auf 87 reduziert worden. woran kann das liegen/ kann ich das noch wiederherstellen? Die Verbindung funktioniert zudem auch sehr schlecht.
  3. Come da titolo, non riesco a connettermi ai server e non capisco perché. Oggi ho fatto un nuovo abbonamento, sempre alla versione premium, ho provato a cambiare il mio abbonamento (che fino a poco fa era in scadenza, mentre ora é scaduto) e passare da quello vecchio a quello nuovo appena fatto; ma visto che continuava ad uscire "impossibile stabilire connessione al server" dopo aver provato per un po' ho pensato che disinstallare e reinstallare l'applicazione avrebbe potuto aiutare. Ora invece mi ritrovo con l'applicazione principale che non mi permette di loggare, e di conseguenza non posso usare l'app. Le app di Password manager e VPN funzionano senza problemi e sono passate in automatico da quello vecchio a quello nuovo. Come risolvo sto problema? Come mi connetto? (Si internet funziona e no non ho una vpn attiva attualmente)

I have activated today a new subscription for kaspersky premium, I have tryed to swap from my old one to the new sub, but at the time (few hours ago) I wasn't able to connect, so I tryed uninstalling and installing again the kaspersky app from my pc; now I find myself unable to log in as after a few seconds of loading it says "Impossible to connect to servers". Password manager and vpn apps work just fine, the subscription changed to the new one, and I didn't uninstall them; only "kaspersky premium" app is giving me problems. How can I fix this? Is there something I can do or do I just spam the "retry" button until eventually it does connect?
  5. Olá a todos(as), Possuo um controle pessoal financeiro e uma das coisas que sempre me deixa na mão é encontrar e saber dados financeiros do Kaspersky. Só é possível saber informações do valor sendo cobrado da assinatura quando chega o dia, porém, gostaria de saber se é possível ter acesso a essas informações correspondentes à minha assinatura, como assinaturas que já foram pagas e o valor previsto. Seria interessante também verificar se houve alguma eventual alteração no valor da cobrança. Sou usuário dos serviços da Kaspersky desde 2021, se não me falha a memória, e achei interessante compartilhar essa dúvida com os demais. Abraço!
  6. Purtroppo sono passato da kaspersky total security a kaspersky Premium 3 licenze. Mi succede che su tutti i pc mi blocca l'audio microfono durante il gioco, solo su uno dei 3 a fine partita è uscito il popup che veniva sbloccato il microfono. come fare? non c'è una voce per aggiungerlo nella sezione "controllo webcam e microfono" ci sono solo quelle che mette in automatico, per aggiungerle? ho già disintallato kaspersky e reinstallato ma nulla. aiuto. Recientemente Kaspersky VPN dejo de funcionar en mi MacBook Pro con Tahoe 26, desinstale y volví a instalar desde My Kaspersky que te enlaza con AppStore para volver a descargar VPN, aun así no podía restablecerlo, me comunique con servicio de Kaspersky y me envíaron un enlace para descargar una herramienta que en teoría borraría todos los archivos de Kaspersky, sin embargo al ejecutarla solo me borro Protección Kaspersky pero no borro VPN ni Password manager. Decidi entonces usar un programa gratuito llamado AppCleaner que es para eliminar programas completamente sin dejar rastros, con este borre los 3 programas Kaspersky Premium, VPN y Password manager, volví a descargar desde My Kaspersky, primero Kaspersky Premium, luego VPN y finalmente Password Manager y logre resolver el problema, debo decir que hay que reiniciar la MacBook después de cada proceso. Debo mencionar que recientemente había descargado el software gratuito CCleaner y estuve dando mantenimiento de limpieza en varias ocasiones y desconozco si esto me causo el problema. Adjunto 2 imágenes cuando tenia el problema y aparecían deshabilitadas las opciones para VPN y Password Manager.

Problem Summary: Immediately after I enter my correct master password, the application shows it is "decrypting the vault" and then abruptly closes without displaying any on-screen error message. Technical Error Details (from Windows Event Viewer): Faulting Module Name: ntdll.dll Exception Code: 0xc00000fd Error Message: STATUS_STACK_OVERFLOW Troubleshooting I have already performed without success: Restarted both the application and my computer multiple times. Ran the sfc /scannow command to check Windows integrity (no violations found). Performed a full, clean reinstallation of the application using the latest installer from the official website. The issue persists after all these steps. I believe this could be a bug in the application or a specific issue with my vault file that triggers the "Stack Overflow" error during the decryption process. Thank you for your attention.   11. We have all been struggling with VPN and DNS issues after the recent update to Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection which involved integrating PureVPN into its services. After 8 days waiting for this issue to be resolved I can no longer justify spending any more time dealing with an unreliable and intermittent VPN, so have uninstalled it and paid for a month with another provider. As a Kaspersky loyalist who has used Kaspersky's products for nearly a decade, and never had any of my systems breached under Kaspersky's guardianship, I find having to uninstall their VPN immensely disappointing. For those of you still struggling with issues like intermittent VPN access, zero access or partial access to some sites (YouTube and Google Maps among others in my case) and your DNS malfunctioning, in my view this cannot be solved at the users end as it is an issue Kaspersky's integration of PureVPN's servers into it's security architecture. * IT IS TIME FOR KASPERSKY LAB TO RESPOND I am formally requesting that an OFFICIAL UPDATE from Kaspersky Lab is sent to all users of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection via email to clarify the nature of the remaining issues and when they can be expected to be solved. In my view 8 days of a virtually unusable VPN is a serious enough failure to maintain an internet security component that a FULL ROLLBACK of the update needs to be considered until the developers find a 100 percent functional and permanent solution to the issue. In the meantime, having reluctantly uninstalled Kaspersky VPN, I can now get on with my work with a 100 percent reliable VPN. For the reader, let me know what you think, or if you have come across any solution that works for you. * Once Kaspersky Lab issues a statement on the issue as requested above I will download and test Kaserpsky VPN Secure Connection again, because, as I say, I am a Kasperksy loyalist and still believe their security suite is the Gold Standard in internet security.
  12. Desde la última actualización, dejó de funcionar. Lleva un tiempo sin funcionar; internet deja de funcionar en cuanto se activa. Y solo funciona Kaspersky; nada más funciona. Uso AdGuard como firewall; antes funcionaba correctamente, pero ahora no funciona en absoluto, con o sin firewall.
  13. I am using Widows 11 with Kapersky premium 21.9.6.465. I like the Smart Home Monitor, but its behavior is a bid odd. My home network has about 10 devices. Today I am not at home, but using wifi in a meeting. It is grouping all the devices on this guest network with my home devices and saying it is adding them to my home network's SSID. I kept getting notification of new devices being added...finally an option to disable notifications for this network popped up and I turned off the notifications. However, the Smart Home Monitor is now showing tens of devices from all the people at the meeting as if they are part of my home network, even though is says on top my home network is not connected. Is this how this should work? I would think all these other devices should not appear on a screen with my home devices. The screenshots show the top of the screen and just some of the devices below.

Recent update to the app, all the usual nonsense with the recent merger with PureVPN (fewer servers, rubbish speed) That I can just about live with but now the entire VPN facility on my phone has vanished. Tried installing the standalone VPN app and it tells me it's included in the main app. Not anymore apparently. Seriously unhappy here and unlikely to renew my long-standing licence at this point.

Avevo già acquistato questo abbonamento l'anno scorso e mi ricordo di aver ricevuto la mail di attivazione dell'abbonamento col codice deicato praticamente subito, è cambiato qualcosa o sto sbagliando qualcosa io?

Merhaba. 2023 yılının Aralık ayından beridir Kaspersky Premium programınızın müşterisiyim, 3 senedir Kaspersky Premium antivirüs firmasının güvenlik yazılımınızı kullanmaktayım. 2021-2023 döneminde ise Kaspersky Total Security'den geçiş dönemlerinde ise Kaspersky Plus kullanmıştım. 2015 yılından beridir 11 senedir Kaspersky kullanmaktayım. Kaspersky Internet Security ile başladığım bu yolda zamanla Kaspersky Internet Security, Kaspersky Total Security, Kaspersky Plus ve Kaspersky Premium ile devam ettim. 11 senedir Kaspersky firmanızı kullanıyorum. Lisans süremin bitmesine çok az kaldı. Tam 37 gün kaldı ve Kaspersky halen daha telefon numaramı aramadı ve mesaj göndermedi. Apple macOS 26.1 Tahoe kullanmaktayım. Kaspersky firmasının telefon numaramı arayarak bana indirimli kampanyalarını sunmasını talep ederim. Saygılarımla.

Не могу удалить программу, стандартный деинсталлятор Windows выдает ошибку (это действие допускается только для установленных продуктов) После этого я решил попробовать установить утилиту удаления касперского (kavremvr) но она просто не видит программу (хотя та спокойно открывается и работает) Далее я начал искать решения на форуме и нашел англоязычную тему где модератор советует установить troubleshooter и Revo Uninstaller, первая программа не видит касперский, вторая выдает тоже самое что и Windows. Что делать в данной ситуации?

  20. I’m using the VPN. I can connect through a different browser, anonymously — it doesn’t matter. If I’m using Kaspersky’s premium service, they still know I’m on a VPN. How do they know??? Even a Minecraft server can detect it. Is this product a joke? Amazon Prime can detect it, MAX as well. Imagine if I tried to use this service for a real purpose? A 5 dollar minecraft knows that I'm on a VPN, I already cleaned all cache, don't blame the cache...

Kaspersky premium version: 21.23.6.614 windows 11 24.H2 OS build: 26100.6899 A few days ago Kaspersky showed a full scan result of 65 disinfected objects, and I was devastated because I never install unknown or pirated applications and After scanning the PC with multiple second opinion scanners (NPE, EEK, Hitman Pro) and taking advice from individuals of knowledge, I decided that this couldn't be a malware incident and maybe a bug. I looked into the full scan report and couldn't find any traces of malware or anything like that, and I only see corrupted, access-denied archives of 3D assets I use for work. (These files are non-executable assets that only perform within the walls of the main application, Daz Studio.) I already redownloaded the corrupted archives from the official website, and they work as intended now. My question is, how did corrupt or access-denied items result in Kaspersky disinfection of 65 items in a single full scan? Is this some kind of a bug? If it is, then I would like to report it to Kaspersky. I cannot add the full scan report txt file with this due to restrictions instead I added the report as photos. Thanks in advance.

Ho letto su fonti diverse contrastanti che il Password Manager di prova abbinato al Kaspersky Premium di prova gratuito ha voci illimitate mentre su altri limitati. Chi dice il vero? Grazie
  24. Here in Brazil the streets are very dangerous. Your smartphone can get robbed at any time. So I always leave on the "App blocker" function for all apps that contains sensitive data, and some of them are apps I use frequently, like whatsapp. At the same time it is important to have the app blocker on when I'm on the street, it is a big nuisance when I'm on a safe place, like my home, or at the office. It is just annoying to have to keep unlocking the app when I'm safe. So my suggestion is to create a new function to the app blocker, so I can set up wifis or location ranges on maps that I don't want the app locker to be triggered. So I can set a range for my office, or a friend's home, and setup my home wifi connection, or my mother's house wifi, so it knows I'm at a safe place. Doing this the app blocker won't be so annoying. Kaspersky Premium 10 devices, on W11 W10 everything is fine, on an Android 16 mobile the antivirus works as it should except for the vpn The VPN selection button while I do it to the right to start this VPN, immediately reverts back to its original position! In an application with a question about VPN, the question keeps coming out again and again !
