I see the browser getting stuck at this portion with this site being called. Gmail does not open at all. How can I stop kaspersky labs being called every time I open Gmail or some other trusted website?

После таковых махинаций у ребёнка не работает лимит времени. Исправте пожалуйста. -

System: Windows11 Möglicher Weise ist die IP-Adresse von der Fritzbox oder vom Notebook nicht mehr sichtbar. Nach Deaktivierung des VPN konnte ich die Verbindung zum Drucker an der Fritzbox wieder aktivieren. - Was kann ich tun, um mit aktiviertem VPN den Drucker an der Fritzbox nutzen zu können. Wie kann ich ggf. die Firewall aufrufen, um eine Ausnahme einzutragen.

wuyan posted a topic in 家用产品支持有些文件并没有向卡巴斯基报备但用户可以确定这个程序是安全的，比如说一些自己写的程序，但卡巴斯基用户没有这个权限去添加排除项也没有权限信任这个应用（或者说卡巴斯基的信任与添加排除项功能形同虚设，只是给你看的）我找了一下关于这方面的帖子，在2021年就有用户提出了这个问题，我看也没有一个解决方案的出现。

Consulté con soporte de Airtm y me confirmaron que el URL que reporta el antivirus es legítimo. Podría poner el URL en el whitelist, pero por las dudas quisiera la confirmación de Kaspersky. System Specs: OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4 cores 8 threads RAM: 2x4GB 2133MHz GPU: Radeon RX 6600XT SSD: XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB HDD: Hitachi HGST HTE541075A9E680 SATA (750GB) Issue Details: Full scans are slow, with noticeable memory consumption increase. No conflicting software or processes detected. Updated Kaspersky Plus to the latest version, but problem persists. Request for Help: Seeking advice on optimizing Kaspersky for efficient full scans without compromising system performance. Total space to scan is 815GB. Thank you for your assistance! He told me currently he have 1 spot for my device to register under his licensed account. May I know is it safe? Will he able to gain control to my device if I install the Antivirus application is under his licensed account. I worried he will able to gain access to my device once my device is registered under his account. The application will be installed from the official site but I'm using the license code he provided to me. Kindly provide me some advices regarding on this. Thanks! -

Все работает хорошо за исключением следующей связки: на ПК с установленным Windows Admin Center (WAC) невозможно получить доступ к тем ПК , где одновременно действует политика SRP и установлен KES. Похоже, что WAC пытается выполнить сценарии powershell на удаленном ПК и возникает ошибка: Ошибка проверки модуля WDAC: обнаружено недопустимое или неподписанные содержимое в модуле PowerShell Microsoft.SME.ServerManager. Дополнительные сведения см. в журнале событий. В журнале событий подробности такие: Signature verification failed for assembly: C:\ProgramData\Server Management Experience\Ux\modules\msft.sme.server-manager\powershell-module\Microsoft.SME.ServerManager\cs-CZ\strings.psd1. К сожалению, пароля на изменение конфигурации нет. Как можно удалить End Point и сопутствующие артефакты ? Просьба помочь ) -

Não alterei nenhuma configuração nas regras de aplicativo, pacote ou rede. O Chrome está liberado nas regras de aplicativo. O Firefox e Edge conectam normal. Quando desativo o firewall, a navegação no Chrome volta ao normal. No matter what I choose, Remember my choice for this sequence or Trust this application, this pop-up will be there the next time I boot up my PC. It's been 2 years now and it's annoying. Is there any way I can stop this from appearing? I don't use mic in that application so doesn't matter if it was blocked or not. -

quark95cos posted a topic in Virus and Ransomware related questionsHello, I am trying to connect to the ERD Architect Data Modeler website (it is "erdarchitect.com" and is an https site but for obvious reasons I am not putting the full URL here in this note) and Kaspersky keeps indicating that there is a dangerous object trying to download. This object is the Heur:Trojan.script.generic trojan. This occurs in both Firefox and Brave browsers which would be expected. I understand that it is possible the site is in fact infected but I would like to confirm. I recall reading on the Kaspersky site about providing the same information as above in another area of the site so it can be reviewed. Unfortunately, I cannot recall where this is to submit this. I have also included screenshots as well. Can someone direct me to this area so I can see if it is in fact an issue or a false positive? Thank you

I have bought a Plus license for this device, but when I try to connect the VPN to the Plus license, it automatically links to the Premium license. Since the Premium license already has an active Kaspersky VPN device, it remains in its free version. How can I change the license associated with Kaspersky VPN?

Nix83 posted a topic in Kaspersky Safe KidsДобрый день. Подскажите, где можно увидеть/отредактировать Общий список исключений? У ребёнка компьютер, где установлены запреты на просмотр Youtube, но периодически разрешаем смотреть его. Он кидает запрос и с основной страницы родителя у себя на компьютере я ставлю разрешение для данного видео. При этом, мне не отображается в какой список исключений попал данный запрос и обратно запретить я не знаю где. Установил настройку "Заблокировать все сайты, кроме исключений" , но ранее разрешённые страницы так и открываются у ребёнка. Также поставил запрет на "Программное обеспечение, аудио, видео" , но всё-равно не помогает. Могу сделать вывод, что есть ещё где-то список разрешений, который не отображается, но разрешает. Возможно его как-то можно сбросить, если да, то как? Спасибо! Алексей.
