I just renewed KIS.  The renewal process forced me to agree to auto-renewal.  I detest auto-renewal systems.  How can I turn it off?

Hey sandgrubber,

If you paid with credit card:

[ACCOUNT SETTINGS]

https://my.kaspersky.com/techsupport#/requests(modal:myaccount/creditCardList)

(see image 2)

  • Make sure [Bank Card details] is blank, if card details are visible delete, any future unauthorised auto-renewals will fail.
  • Send an email to:

customerservicesolution@kaspersky.com

-ask them to turn off & confirm [auto-renewal] is off.

If there are ongoing license issues (not technical) email:  kaspersky.us.cs@digitalriver.com - Digital River (order processing company)

Hello,

As I read you face an issue to turn off Auto-renew. 

You have to follow these steps

  1. Sign in to your My Kaspersky account.
  2. Go to the Store section.
  3. Select a product and the number of devices.
  4. Select the Auto-renewal checkbox.
  5. Click Buy now and follow the instructions in the store.
