Kennwortschutz lässt mich Produkt nicht aktivieren

ich habe ein Problem mit der Aktivierung meines KIS Produkts, da ich immer ein Kennwort festlegen soll, sobald ich den Code eingeben will. Kein von mir eingegebenes Kennwort wird jedoch akzeptiert, dadurch kann ich das Produkt nicht aktivieren. Kann jemand helfen?
