Cant find my order number, to cancel auto renewal charge.

Hi, I trying to get hold to my order number to cancel my auto-renewal. I cant seem to find it I have checked my email and turns out they never sent me. I purchased the anti virus last year January for only one year, now they charged me without notifying me prior to the expiry. I am now trying to cancel it but I find my order number.

Do you sign into the [MyK] Portal?

If you do have a look at [Order history]

https://my.kaspersky.com/dashboard#/(modal:myaccount/orderHistory)

  • If the info is not there contact the sales arm of Kaspersky, as per the following advice from Kaspersky Technical Support:

"....  get in touch with our order processing company called Digital River."

Yes, I have tried it but nothing is there. All I have is an activation code that I got from an email. 

Feel like I got scammed.

I think my last resort is to delete my account

Who did you buy it from? You never mention that.

If it was from Kaspersky thru Digital River use the procedure from the bottom link at this page.

Disregard the year of the product. Your problem comes from you not unchecking the 'Auto Renewal' box when you bought it.

I have the activation code but not the order number.

bought it from the website. 

I did email the tech support but they couldnt figure it out. They recommend me to call the sales department.
