Need help with update issue

I have one customer whose KSC (running on a Windows 7 Pro machine) cannot update.  The standalone updater also does not complete.  I ran the updater from my home PC (different ISP) with no issues.

I have run a trace route on dnl-00.geo.kaspersky.com through dnl-19.geo.kaspersky.com on both the customer KSC PC and my home PC and have attached.  Emailing the ISP yielded nothing.

 

I CAN open all the sites in a web browser.

 

What to do next?

Hi,

Does he can open the dnl-00.geo.kaspersky.com address through the browser or other KASPERSKY update sites?

Also please specify our software versions.
