"Failed to establish connection" VPN is not working

I cannot connect it keeps saying "Failed to establish connection"  I have the latest version too.

I have just fixed it.  I used IO uninstaller and removed every trace, then reinstalled it and it works perfectly now.  So I brought a month license.

Also another question, does those VPN do logging?

Thanks for your feedback.  KSC doesn't keep Logs.
