I found this strange file " ¬ö0 "

I really do not know what it can be... i have complete scan my pc with Kaspersky Total Security, Malwarebytes Premium and TDSSKiller Antirootkit with not positive result, i have scan this file " ¬ö0 " with KAS Total security, Malwarebytes and it's not positive, 0% results, i have scan too with VirusTotal and Jotti's malware scan with 0% of positive, it's clear. but if you check the MD5 and SHA-1 it's full of negative results in google.
Google results says it's malware, now i really don't know how this file join in my PC, i have read the first joined it's October 2017 and last use april 2018, the size is 1kb, but i have never click in this file, was in C:\Windows folder.
My PC don't have never trouble.
Now i have deleted this file.

Do you have any idea what is this stranger file?
Can you help me please?

I think the file is safe and don't worry.
Always keep your Kaspersky updated to the latest version.

Thank you The Shield, you have right.
If after all scans with the AV's the results are 0%... i really think it's safe.
