Hello. 

Please check whether update task was performed successful for that device. You can consult task results for that matter and Kaspersky Event Log from protected workstation.

I already checked the device and the update was successful, I checked the update event completely, and I also did force synchrozanion but there was no change to the warning status.

Could you please send GSI report collected on workstation where updates were failing ? Enable Windows event export in GSI tool before collecting data. 

Also we would need GSI report from KSC, update task export and task relsults.
