Kaspersky Generic DB error

Hi,

 

 I cannot approve updates due to error.refer the attached image for the error
We also encounter generic db error on other actions (e.g. delete endpoint)

GSI is now running in Kaspersky server. May I know how can we free up some memory in the database?

Hello.

In order to provide advice on reducing the database size, we need to evaluate the size of tables. The necessary actions for this can be described in an issue in CompanyAccount, as well as, consequently, instructions to fix the issue.

Hello.

This issue is related to database size limitation in MS SQL database, this could be due to license limitation or lack of space on disk with SQL database. Each case is analyzed based on results of SQL query.
