Malwarebytes compatibility issues [merged]

I am running both Malwarebytes Premium and Kaspersky Total Security.  Despite having listed Malwarebytes in the Kaspersky Total Security exclusions and trusted applications, Kaspersky is still blocking Malwarebytes.  Any suggestions on how to get Kasperksy to leave Malwarebytes alone?

Kaspersky Tech Support responded and said that Kaspersky Total Security and Mawarebytes Premium are not compatible and I cannot run both live at the same time.  I submitted a trouble ticket to Malwarebytes as well and hope they have something different to say.  If I can only run one product live, which should I choose?

:unsure: may I Add my unwise opinion on this :  Heard that if you've Kaspersky Total Security

don't need other antivirus or Spyware. But give it a Try on to MBAM free version

verify if is compatible with KTS or switch to KIS or KAV >> These Klab

apps has been reported as compatibles with Malwarebytes

the Global Moderator richbuff just reply too | KTS users No need

to install other 3rd party antivirus - Spyware apps .. KTS is

complete. I opened the link and is a fascinating content

This morning Kaspersky blocked Malwarebytes again despite me having everything listed in the exclusions and trusted applications I'm supposed to.  I am going to see if disabling Kasperky's "application control" eliminates the Malwarebytes conflict.  Still waiting on a response from Malwarebytes tech support but I don't expect to hear anything from them for a day or two.

Kasperksy still blocked Malwarebytes despite me having Kasperky "application control" off.  Application control is now back on.  Malwarebytes tech support sent me a list of 10 exclusions I had to have in Kasperksky.  I already of 9 of them and added the 10th.  Despite having all the exclusions now, Kasperky is still blocking Malwarebytes.  I am waiting to hear back again from Malwarebytes tech support.  I will update this thread again if and when I come to a conclusion.

Made significant headway on this.  I figured out how to replicate when Kasperksy is blocking Malwarebytes.  It is also sometimes blocking other stuff too, but mostly Malwarebytes.  So the conflict occurs when I go to banking sites and Kasperksy generates a protected browser to use.  If I turn off Safe Money in Kasperksy and go to banking sites, no conflicts, but if Safe Money is on and I'm banking using the protected browser, I get the conflicts.  Interesting and I'll see how things go over the next few days by keeping Safe Money off unless there are any suggestions of a fix.

I believe and hope this will be my final update on this thread.  Malwarebytes appears to be working fine now with my 2018 Kaspersky Total Security.  I have 10 Malwarebyte exclusions listed in Kasperkey and I have to have the safe money feature in Kaspersky Total Security disabled.  With the the exclusions included and the Safe Money toggle switch turned off in KTS, I have no compatibility problems.

if may I congrats to the OP for manage to get MBAM works along with

KTS=Kapsersky Total Security..Don't take it wrong, but get an app

work along with KTS by adding all those bunch of files and

exclusions is worhless - Because as mentioned above

by richbuff this antivirus is completed, so that No

need add 3rd party apps to its functionality B)

a few months ago i read there were some issues when running both mabm & kaspersky (the 18 & 19 vesions i believe) iirc something to do with web protection on mbam not working properly

Anyway i want to know if it has been resolved as my licence for KTS ends in just over a month(i have the 17 version which seems to be fine) Im running windows 7 if that helps
